Pizza Hut

Terrible! Ordered pizza and cheesesticks. Driver showed up without cheesesticks. Came back a hour later with breadsticks??? WTF?!? I call the store, and the employee put me on hold twice for 5 mins plus and did not click over. On the 3^rd time calling the manager answered. The worse customer service. Do not bother!!! Order from another pizza chain!!!

NEVER EVER, EVER, EVER patronize this business!!! Every single time I order from here my order is wrong. Then when I called it was an issue that THEY got my order wrong. Poor customer service. I ordered wings (24) bone in. Thinking that they would be crispy (not the breaded kind though). We had them delivered. They were the breaded saugy kind. So I drove back to get the right correct wings. The only made me 12 wings. I ordered 24. So after arguing with the manager I got the difference back. How was I supposed to know to order the traditional wings? Just HORRIBLE!!! We just go to the one on Leonardtown Road now.

.2^nd time here. Online says order ready in 20 minutes. Got to the store and I’m told to wait an additional 25 minutes. Will never ever order from this pizza hut again. Pizza was horrible yo can tell it was rushed. They need to hire more people or suspend the online ordering when they are backed up. STOP MAKING BOGUS ORDER PICK UP TIMES

Pizza is always good and delivery is always fast, however, my order is NEVER right. A few weeks ago, I order one large pepperoni, one large cheese and one large sausage. The lady asked me what kind of sausage I wanted and gave me the options. So after talking about sausage for about 2 mins and making a decision. When my pizza arrives, I have 2 pepperonis and 1 cheese. Uhh… did I miss something? So I call and the lady informs me that my order didn’t have a sausage pizza on there. Are you kidding me!!! So I spoke with the manager and my received 1 large free pizza on my next order.
Well I ordered from them again last week, this time I order chicken as well, I asked for spicy Asain and received sweet chili. Even though once again, the food was good… it was not what I ordered and I expect to receive what I asked for. Hopefully, they get it together.

Promised 30 mins but showed up in an hour. The manager kim was rude and did nothing to correct my cold food. Poor management= poor service!

I give pizza hut on Crain High, way two thumbs up, their pizzas are superb and delivery is fast and accurate.
