Papa John’s Pizza

Can I give a negative star? No? Well 1 star is actually too good for the service I received here! 8:45pm I place my order. 30 – 40 minutes is the time of delivery. 9:50 I call to see if the pizza man was kidnapped, I was told he was ON HIS WAY. 10:20 I call and get HUNG UP ON TWICE. So I call from my husband’s phone and get an answer. I tell them I would like to cancel my order. I was told they were really busy. So I call to the La Plata store on Drury St. They have EXCELLENT customer service skills. I had to drive to pick that one up but that was okay. So I’m almost home and my husband informs me that the pizza man showed up 3 hours later and attempted to deliver our pizza. SERIOUSLY??? I saw him coming down my street leaving my house. My mind was blown by this time. My husband said the delivery man had a smile and was digging into his little pizza bag. So I guess he has great customer service skills, just 3 hours late. At this point, it is comical. Save yourself the headache and just drive to La Plata. You will pick up your pizza 3 hours before this store would deliver it.
