I would give no star if it were possible, this company is a scam and I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau! $ 109 for a service fee just to come out and do nothing, $ 300 to snake a sink which takes 15 mins and then say it’s not warrantied when called back out the next day because it was still backing up, was never cleared! All that for $ 409. What a great way to get free money. Wanted to also charge $ 225to replace a sink stopper, parts cost $ 5 and takes 10 mins to install, yes I did it myself! I prey that BBB will close this scam for a business down! Will request Unilocal have a 0 stars option for cases like this.

The only thing this company did that was expected out of them was show up. Mike(the name given to me by the receptionist) was the technician assigned by Jerry plumbing to my rental property to fix a leaking sink and faucet through my American home shield insurance. Mike tells me that the sink is not covered, therefore the faucet cannot be fixed as well. I called American Home shield to confirm and they tell me that Mike was incorrect, although it was true that the cracked sink was not covered, they will gladly pay to repair the faucet. So I called Jerry’s plumbing to go back and repair the faucet. Mike shows back up and according to American Home shield notes refused to fix the leaking faucet. I called Jerry’s plumbing and the receptionist(after over 4 days of trying to get an answer) and they tell me that Mike says the faucet was not broken and works fine. So Im telling the receptionist that I’ve seen the faucet and it leaks water, profusely! My tenant also agreed so how can two grown men imagine a leaking faucet? Her response to my heresy is «I can only tell you what the technician says» and to go back to my insurance company?// thank goodness i did not have a highly technical issue to resolve because this company would’ve taken me for a ride. This is the worst experience I have dealt with and I have several properties so I’ve dealt with many vendors. On top of that i was going to pay them out of pocket to repair/replace the crack sink($ 1400 estimate) but they were so busy arguing with me over a sink that a blind man can feel the hot water spraying out of the handle. what a waste of time. two thumbs down.
