I have long somewhat ethnic hair. I went to get a few inches cut off. I told the stylist I wanted long layers and for them to be fluid. She did a dry cut bc my hair is very curly when wet. While combing my hair she left the scissors in the same hand and accidentally cut my hair while attempting to comb it. She left her phone in her pocket and answered it twice. I was in the chair a total of 15 – 20 minutes. The cost of my hair cut which I hated was $ 53 dollars and seemed high seeing as how they didn’t do anything but cut my hair. It was not washed, blow dried, or styled. Honestly would have gotten the same hair cut if I went to Walmart. Definitely don’t know how this salon has such a high rating. I’ve been to high end salons and this place was everything but. Will not ever go here again.

I can only speak to the waxing services here but for the price I expected a perfect wax, instead they waxed my lip unevenly and missed some on my eye brows. I don’t know if it was due to the poor lighting in the room or just a bad wax but, while everyone was very nice, I won’t be going back to the salon.

My family has used this salon for 11 years. Two adults and 3 kids. This is a flu service salon offering every kind of cut and color imaginable for any age and hair type. They also offer spa services which I haven’t used. It is the kind of place where customers come over and over again. It really is a family.
The stylists stay up on current trends and techniques. They really listen and love to make the client happy. You definitely want to make an appointment. I would not categorize the salon as inexpensive but, you get what you pay for. I cannot say enough good things about this business.

I took my Mom in to get her hair cut and colored as a Christmas present and she had a great experience, got a cut and color that she loved, and walked out looking so much more professional and younger.
Jenn listened to what my Mom (and, I admit, I) wanted to do to her hair, then used her expertise to select a great color and craft a great style for my Mom’s hair.
My Mom said it was the best Christmas present she got this year!

I’ve been here twice — once for highlights and a second time for a massage.
The highlights and cut were great. I have very brown hair, so like to get highlights to add some depth and color variation. After discussing it, the stylist guided me towards red (I usually do blonde, but it’s very HI I HAVE HIGHLIGHTS, and I wanted something more natural). The red was very subtle (it wasn’t obvious that I had coloring done), but I liked it. I just didn’t really care for red’s maintenance (it’s more delicate than blonde).
Throughout the service, the stylist was very cheerful and happy, so that was a definite plus. She also did a semipermanent dye in my natural color to cover the grays that I was worried about (it’s just vanity, but I like that highlights camouflage the grays and was worried that red wouldn’t perform that function).
I don’t see the stylist listed on their webpage anymore though, so perhaps she’s not there?
For the massage, Josephine was my therapist. The massage was a good overall «improve circulation» feel better type massage, but didn’t address some of the tight muscles I have in my neck and back. It was a good massage, but not quite what I was looking for.

Went to Ed with a terrible case of «mom hair» and left feeling and looking fabulous!
