China Express Carry-Out

excellent Chinese food, this is without a doubt my favorite place to eat. It doesn’t hurt that i live five minutes away but their menu is amazing, serving a wide variety of Chinese foods.

China Express of Waldorf, MD: Service with a «F*ck You!»
Here’s a good one! I had a disturbing encounter the other day with
one of China Express’s employees! My encounter was beyond the pale
of anything I have ever experienced in the arena of customer service.
Here is what happened:
After attempting to pay for my order of a Singapore Noodles tray, and
noticing that this order was the third and highest price I have paid over
a short period of time for this dish, I inquired about its seemingly
perpetual increase in cost.
China Express’s server – a middle-​aged man – answered my question tersely by
saying,
«…worrying too much about cost! I am the only one here…» If someone
charged you less last time then there’s a problem!“
I decided to let the issue go and exit from the restaurant. Reaching for
the door handle, I clearly heard the server say to me, «F*ck you!» I
turned to confront the server, asking him «what did you say?» He said,
«Nothing! Why are you always worried about people talking about you …
F*cking dumb…»
My suggestion to all of you who might consider a visit to this
mediocre-​at-​best, serve you with a «F*ck-you» joint, DON’T. If you do, and
meet up with this China Express employee then expect a very surreal
experience much like you would expect from an encounter with a street
person possessed by crack and crystal meth.

Apparently the worst time to order Chinese food is Easter Sunday in Waldorf. I have never had a problem with the food here, but now I cannot trust the online ordering service. We placed an order 2 hours ago because they said they we open… even on Unilocal they are open. Credit card and order said it went through online, no food was delivered. We called the restaurant multiple times, no one was available. Asiana was open and unlike Beijing restaurant (who was unwilling to drive to a home near the mall), was willing to actually be a Chinese delivery service. My advice, try Asiana and buyer beware of this restaurant’s online ordering system.

i had china express yesterday for the first time. beef n broccoli was awesome and the fried cream cheese wontons were amazing. definitely will be eating there again. 2 thumbs up!

So far this has been the best Chinese food place that I can find in Waldorf. I ordered from here twice. The Chicken fried rice and Chicken and broccoli– both were good. Good Flavor and the Broccoli was tender. The chicken looked and tasted like real chicken-​White chicken breast meat. I will definitely be a returning customer.
