Breakfast at CF is always good. Whoever came up with «mini’s» gets extra bonus points in heaven. But be careful. The can be addictive (just like the sweet tea).
As for this experience, everything was as you CF fans would expect, with only one exception. The buns on the mini’s seemed a little stale. Not a show– stopper. But not soft and warm, as we’ve come to look forward to.
All-​in-​all, a good experience.

Lines are long many times but the wait isn’t long. The customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! The chicken is real, unlike other places. The shakes are yummy too!

Bottom Line: What you’d expect from Chick-​fil-​A plus some extra nice landscaping at the drive through.
I’ve stopped here several times on my way to North Carolina. I like that its easily accessible from MD-​301 southbound. Also the food is always on par with Chick-fil-A’s standards and of course the staff is nice. As an added bonus, I think the lovely landscaping, inclusive of a babbling fountain in the drive through lane, is a nice touch. I appreciate Chick-fil-A’s efforts to hire friendly staff who are focused on their tasks and committed to customer service.

My son says their chicken nuggets and waffle fries are the best! I hate the long lines though. They are trying to push the cookies for the month of October and it makes the lines even longer and slower. Ugh!!! Hurry up November!

I get a breakfast sandwich from here almost every morning. they are so good! The place is always busy. Sometimes the drive thru can take a little while but usually it’s fast. The service is great too! This place gets an A+ from me !

Good quality food for a reasonable price. We go there fairly often. One complaint about something they get wrong about 30% of the time which is way too much I think. If you ask for unsweet ice tea you better check it. That they get wrong with SWEET tea, and it is way too sweet. This is a real serious problem for diabetics!

My husband and I ate here on 31 Jan 14 and it seems like their standards have dropped a bit. Several tables were dirty and there was napkins on the floor. The chicken tortilla soup was luke warm and the chicken nuggets were luke warm as well. I usually like this chickfilet over the others in town because now you can get your own drink refills. I might have to start visiting the one in Brandywine instead.

Don’t know how if it was a fluke one time deal but cashier was rude and slow. Slow in the sense that she moved like molasses although she also didn’t strike me as all too bright. Plus my order was wrong but I was in too much of a hurry to go back and get it fixed.

Chik-​Fil-​A is what it is! A great establishment. In a day and age where good customer service is no longer the norm, these guys go above and beyond… even if it is just policy. You feel welcomed when you walk in the door. You feel welcomed when they take your order. You feel welcome when you ask for your 5000th refill. The chicken is delicious, the best chicken nuggets in the business in my opinion. The waffle fries are winners as well. Even the fruit substitute is delicious. As long as it’s not Sunday, «Eat More Chikin»

What can I say that others havent? I mean it’s Chick fil A. Lots of chicken-​y goodness and the sausage gravy with biscuit for breakfast is awesome. The milkshakes are delish. My kid worked here during high school and they treated her great. As a company they seem to care for their employees. Its nice they are closed on Sundays (not so nice for customers craving a chicken sandwhich) I wish they had locations in Honolulu where my daughter lives. She is missing chick fil a something fierce. (and it was her first stop when she came for a visit — actually she ate here quite often during her stay) lol The nugget trays are perfect for parties (we ordered them for the kids at my daughters wedding– and some of the adults were snacking too)

While I’ve never stepped foot into a Chick-​Fil-​A (sorry guys, I’m not into fast food), I have ordered from various locations many times, at the request of my clients. Last October, I placed an order with this particular location, and the delivery, presentation and food arrived as it should.
Between then and now, the receipt for my purchase became lost in the shuffle, so I made a phone call to the restaurant in hopes that a copy of my receipt could be tracked down. Not only did Kevin take down my contact information and promise to return my call within 10 minutes, he found the copy, faxed it to me and did this all in about 5 minutes. Huge props for excellent customer service, and going above and beyond for a frazzled, incompetent receipt keeper like myself!
