They didn’t do a site visit beforehand, which was unusual but I figured sure, whatever. It’s their business. When the cleaners arrived they said the house was too messy (ya think?) and not what was agreed upon over the phone, so they left. I thought I was very clear what my cleaning needs were over the phone. but apparently they didn’t understand what I was asking for. So now I’ve taken a rare day off of work for nothing. I’ll do what I can to clean but the whole point is that I need help. So now I have no clue if they do excellent work or poor work, but if you use their services, demand a site visit first.
