I’ve visited this ULta three times. No one ever greets me or asks me if I need help. When I did ask for help at the front counter she just pointed in the general direction of what I was asking for, even though no one was waiting to be checked out. I’ve waited 30 minutes to get my brows waxed because the benefit bar does not take appointments. Disappointed! I’m done with this place. Going back to sephora even though it’s further.
