I had the same hairdresser for 5 years so I was skeptical to try try someone new. Laura was so welcoming and helped me decide on a perfect cut and color. The price was fantastic, cut color, highlights blow dry $ 75 this price is unheard of. I left with a smile on my face, I feel like I have a new friend and my hair looks fabulous.

Went in for the first time to have a quick wash and blowdry and I have absolutely no complaints! The staff was terrific, attentive and extremely friendly. My hair is very frizzy and difficult to work with so the fact that she (Laura? Sorry I forgot!) managed to get my hair to stay in one place the ENTIRE day is completely mind blowing to me! Wonderful job to all the ladies at 941, I’ve already sent out my praise to family and friends about you and I will definitely be back!

Definitely found my new hair place. Everyone there is super friendly and knowledgeable and their pricing is so competitive. I went in for a trim since I was beyond overdue and Laura evened out and shaped up my hair and gave me some advice for how to go about cutting my hair when it is finally long enough to donate (which she is a big supporter of). Wash, cut, and blow dry in less than 40 minutes and her pricing was half of what I expected to pay.

I’ve known Laura for many years. She is a great hairdresser and a great person. I’m so happy she has her own salon. Great location in Wakefield. The place is up to date and stylishly laid out. Lots of great products for sale for all of your hair needs. Ok well I admit I didn’t get my hair cut. I went with a friend who got the works. She loves her and so that is good enough for me. But like I said I’ve known Laura as a hair stylist since back in the day of my neighborhood.
I had the best cup of coffee there too!

I heard about Salon 941 from a friend. I was skeptical at first, as it is not close to my house. I gave it a try about a year ago, and am hooked!
Laura is the best! I go to see her for all my hair needs; cut, color, keratin treatment, and products. She is very personable, she listens to what I want, she makes great suggestions, and has competitive prices. She is very respectful of my time. When I make an appointment, I never have to sit and wait. If I don’t have an appointment, she does her best to fit me in. She always offers me something to drink; coffee, tea, or water. Most importantly, she makes me look great!
