They don’t even get a star! I passed by Wake Forest Electronics Repair to price a new screen on an iPad Air. The lady was nice and told me $ 95. It was a good price so I decided to use them. Gave a $ 20 deposit for them to order the glass. She told me she’d call me when it came in and to bring my iPad Air then. The next week they called and told me the glass was in and to bring the iPad. I took it in. They called next day and told me it was fixed. I went to pick it up and there was a screen protectant on the device. It was also a little dim in the store, but things looked ok. I went outside and took it to my wife, in better light, and we were on our way to another place. My wife found smudges, fingerprints, and air bubbles under the glass. She had cleaned the screen several times thinking it was her hand that had done the damage. She called the store and told the lady about what she found. The lady told us to bring it in today. I take the iPad in today and the lady would not look at the device. Told us she would have to charge us to order another glass and then said there was nothing they would or could do to fix it. Her or her husband(who did the actual work) would not look at the device or fix what they had done. The lady also cursed me out in serious curse words and insulted my wife calling her names. So now I have an iPad with smudges, fingerprints, and air bubbles embedded in the device! Never never never use this place for anything!!!

Never had such a bad experience the lady at the desk was the most rude person I have ever met and will NEVER get business from my family again. Do yourself a favor and get repairs somewhere else or buy new since it’s so overpriced anyways.

DONOT use this Business. I had taken a stereo receiver in due to no sound. They called 2 weeks later and said it would be $ 125.00. Then called back and said it would be $ 237.00. We approved the repair. After 4 ½ weeks the repair was complete. Picked the unit up within a week the same problem occurred again. This happened on July 9th. I still do not have my unit, they are waiting on a board? I have had to chase them due to a change of location. I have never written a review for a company, but due to a horrific experience, I would not want anyone to have the same experience.
