Kids R Kids of Wake Forest

Being new to wake Forest finding quality daycare proved extremely difficult. Kids R Kids of Wake Forest was our 3^rd daycare and we couldn’t be happier. Michael, Jesse and the rest of the team are amazing and truly do put the kids first.
We like it so much our oldest child is thinking about it for Track Out.

The Kids R Kids program overall is fabulous, however not all of these locations offer the same quality. The Wake Forest skips the state «star» rating to «focus on teaching», but I suggest you look at the other franchises in the area (Cary, Morrisville, RTP) to truly see if you think you are getting a quality Kids R Kids experience for the price you pay.
Many issues have come up and several parents have made complaints, however they aren’t addressed unless one escalates concerns outside of this facility (state or corporate office). Do check the state’s website to see what recent inspections or complaint have uncovered (numerous complaints in 2014). Other local daycare do not have as many complaints. Note that if you question something, CALL THE STATE to verify, I have had the Director on several occasions tell me rules that was not true. They really should know the laws pertaining to their business, but as a parent, you also need to follow up — do not have blind faith in what you hear.
Overall, I think this place could have great potential, but administration and staff need to be trained properly or replaced. There are many outstanding teachers at the Wake Forest location that sadly do not seem to get enough credit, but that stems from how this place is running.
