They get your carpets clean. Small, minor stains will be removed but larger stains come back. They are not removed permanently. Your carpet will appear as if it is brand new after they clean it, but after it completely dries, you’ll start to see those stains again that you’ve been trying to get rid of. If you’ve had a stain in your carpet for, say, about a week, it’s not going to come out with a carpet cleaning. They have good customer service but their work is only good for regular carpet maintenance. Stains that are at least somewhat old will not go away.

Phenomenal service! Dan came out last week to provide an estimate and cleaned our carpeting (wall-​to-​wall, stairs, and an area rug) yesterday. Not only is Dan personable and friendly, he does an incredible job. Our carpets look as good as the day we moved into the house!
I really like the fact that you can tailor the cleaning package to meet your needs and budget. For example, we had a couple of rooms with little traffic so we opted for the Basic cleaning (which is less expensive). However, in a couple of problem rooms — thanks to the teenagers and dogs! — we needed a deeper cleaning and opted for the Deep clean which costs a little more but was much needed for the areas that had spills and some pet stains. The results are wonderful!
