Pa Aaron was great. Friendly and knowledgeable. Beginning service was SLOW! Took 50 minutes from the time I got there to be taken back and there were only 3 people in front of me. Need to change the name from«Fast“med to something else.

Should be called«SlowMed»!! 90 minutes and still waiting. Should have gone to MedAccess on US1 in Youngsville. They pride themselves on being quick and efficient while ensuring customer care.

My wife went into Fast Med in Wake Forest and had a great experience! Even though she was there shortly before closing, they were super friendly and efficient. Nurses had her in a room before she even finished her paperwork and the doctor was very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Explained what was wrong and answered all of her questions. Everyone greeted her as she left and they even sent her out with a thank you card for visiting! We will be using this location in the future when we need urgent care :)

Great place for a flu shot. Walked in, signed a form, gave them $ 20 and walking out about 10 minutes later with a Band-Aid on my arm from a flu shot. Very happy with that process. Also, they did it on a Sunday, where I walked in about 3:45 p.m. Moments earlier the clinic at Target turned me away. Both shops close at 4 p.m. on Sundays. Reception was very polite, in fact chased after me to give me a «thank you» card. If I get a sore throat or something this winter, I’d definitely give them a try on a more serious condition.

Waited one hour 15 minutes just to get be placed in a room to wait more. Better chairs in the waiting room from last time, same long wait times. A lady that was in the waiting room when I arrived waited for about 40 minutes and finally got up and left. I don’t know when she arrived but had she not left I would most certainly still be waiting. The receptionist made me fill out all the paper work again even though I have been here several times in the past. It is now 90 minutes in and I have yet to see a doctor, SLOW Med would be more truthful, good god sitting in the waiting room coughing and sneezing forever then to be led into an exam room and forgotten but the bill will be the same as a full service private practice doctor or most likely more expensive. It’s now 11:07, while I arrived at 9:30am I have yet to see a doctor. This will be my last visit to FastMed for sure.
