I just had a session with Greg yesterday. I am so excited that he is reworking an old sleeve for me. He is really into color, He made me feel comfortable– for someone who hasn’t been in the tattoo chair in Aeons. He is a lively soul and great for conversation. I almost forgot I was getting tattooed. Old rockers take note, he will talk to you about all the tunes we cut teeth on. Counter service was great too, kudos!

Berta is an excellent piercer and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! She pierced my daith and my migraines I’ve suffered for 30 years are completely GONE. Love her!

I won’t go anywhere else in NC. This is a clean shop that follows the law & respects their art & their customers.
From a piercing perspective, they won’t use shoddy, plated, plastic, aftermarket, or substandard jewelry to pierce with. They won’t give you a piercing that isn’t going to work on your body, and they won’t give you a piercing that is trendy but too dangerous. I have had 4 piercings with Roberta & she has gauged up my ears numerous times & my nose once.
From tattooing perspective, Jerry (Gerald) has been my artist of choice & I have sat with him at least 7 times. I love the work he has done. Clean outlines & great color saturation. I have 2 – 3 more sittings with him to complete a piece on my leg & once that is done we have already started planning for another piece.
I have a heart condition & am diabetic which are both challenges when it comes to getting tattoos and piercings. Both Roberta & Jerry are knowledgeable on the additional steps & care these conditions require both of me & of them to ensure I have a quality result.
This is a shop you want to build relationship with & you will not be sorry once you have.

This place is awesome! The staff is very knowledgeable about tattooing and the issues that can arise with difficult tattoos.
Very friendly and excellent service and after care as well as speedy service.
Also one of the tattoo artists is an amazing artisan of knives and leather accoutrements. Also willing to make custom pieces.

Jerry is a master at his art. I brought in a map of my home country (which features a very complicated coastline and multiple islands) for a piece I wanted on my chest. I thought the whole process would take at least 90 minutes, Jerry finished it in less than 30, with incredible attention to detail. It came out so much better than I imagined and I am thrilled with this beautiful symbol of my homeland.
The shop is extremely clean and has a great atmosphere, Roberta at the front desk is very friendly and awesome to talk to. Overall I had a perfect experience, and will definitely be coming back in the future!
