I have to counter Kira C’s lousy review.
Dave is a genius! He has worked on every Mac I have owned. When I buy a new Mac it goes straight to Dave for formatting and moving all of my old data. He even partitioned my G5 to run old OS9 applications. I have recommended him to all of my Mac-​using friends.
Kira needs to learn that you always back-​up everything you don’t want to lose before having any work done on any computer by anyone. It is easy and would have saved her a lot of heartache.
