IHOP

First I’d like to say my husband LOVES IHOP! However, we have never tried this location and honestly hesitated because of the previous reviews.
Well, 20 minutes and we finally placed our order. It was shaping up to be exactly as warned.
Well, it didn’t take long to get our order once it was placed and the food was AWESOME! Basted eggs perfect, bacon crisp, food hot. Other then the speed it was a good experience.

Bad food. But only two servers this morning 4−2−16. People waiting to be seated have left. Workers trying to keep up but almost impossible. Uncooked omelet. Cold hash-​browns. Yuck

Terrible service! 30 minute wait on food with no apology. Beverages never refilled. 3 of 4 meals brought out, and waitress stopped to take other tables orders so my son had to wait almost 5 more minutes before he got his food. $ 50 for mediocre food and awful service. We are never eating at an IHOP again!!!

I’ve eaten here several times over the years, but sadly, based upon both the service I’ve received and the quality of the food, it’s not a place I continue to frequent. I’ve tried the pancakes several times, and I’m not sure what it is, but I just prefer the pancakes at Perkins (location near the Crossroads’ Mall) to any other. Perkins’ pancakes are thinner, lighter, tastier. The pancakes at IHOP are thicker, denser, and almost every time I’ve eaten them, the cooked part of the pancake peels off of the inside. It must be something to do with their batter or how they are cooked. It’s unusual. I’d have to say that the best thing I’ve had off their menu is their omelets.
The service here has been pretty poor as well. As a result, it’s been a while since I’ve been back.

Won’t go back. Very slow to be seated, despite open tables. Food was so-​so. Service was good.

Table of 10 waited 1 hour to get our food. I have heard of slow but come on… not one person checked on us in the meantime. It was enough time for the ice in my glass to completely melt. Came for breakfast, ended up being lunch.

Haven’t gotten to the food part yet — guess that takes longer than 25 minutes to experience. There’s five tables with people and three servers, but my glass of water has been empty for a while. It took 15 minutes to even order.
I haven’t been to an IHOP in 20 years. I know the chain generally is better than this. But the service here is below delinquent.

Really nice people! The lady we had for waitress was really nice and the food was exclient! All you can eat pancakes!

Really good food. Lots of options for everyone. Big portions. Super friendly servers. Adults and kids all happy :)

Good location, good for a chain restaurant too. Quick service generally and nice waitresses. Their egg cheese sandwich is really good and if you don’t like eggs, everyone loves pancakes!

Brunch with friends usually ends up here when we’re in town. The menu is huge, and the food is consistent.

We got there now twice and the servers always greeted us with a smile and were fast. After she saw, that the bench was too tight for me, she offered us to sit on a table with chairs. Cheers for her ! The menu had many omelet dishes, and some French toast choices. Though I wished that there would be more International menus like Blintzes and other International choices. There is only a Swedish crêpe on the International list. The calorie aware visitor, can eat one of the under 600 calorie meals. But hey, when I am hungry in the morning, and I am going out for breakfast, I want two things fast! Coffee and this came fast enough, and the meal has to be generous. That it is ! So, we are getting to the International House of Pancakes again, next time!
