The Home Team Cleaning

I have used the Home Team cleaning service for over a year now and am very pleased with their service. Their attention to detail and thoroughness is wonderful, especially since I really don’t have the time to do that thorough a cleaning.
They come once a month, usually when I’m at work-​they have a key to my apt. I live in an 800 sq. ft. apt. and it takes 3 – 4 ladies about 1 ½ hrs. to do a good cleaning– change sheets, dust thoroughly, vacuum/​scrub floors (like on their hands and knees kine!), a deep clean of the kitchen area. For me it’s the pet hair. It’s everywhere. When I come home after they’ve been there I feel like I can stay in my apartment for a week and not feel like I need to clean!
They don’t work weekends, just so you know. These are women with families and the company values their time and gives them the time they need after working hard all week.

We have used the Home Team’s cleaners off and on over the years. They do a fabulous job; there are a few down sides to doing business with this company and today was the last straw. They are way over priced which we have put up with over the years because the crew does such a great job. Today, the owner Rex yelled at my wife over a request that he did not understand and would not invoice properly. He is very arrogant and hot tempered and along with his unpleasant receptionist they are too much to take when shelling out hundreds of dollars/​visit. Their customer service skills suck. It takes more than good house cleaning to make a good house cleaning company. Spend your hard earned dollars with a company that appreciates customers and treats them professionally.
