I’m truly going to miss place when the close at the end if the month. This has been my go to store when ever i needed something on a whim. I would stop by after work which i loved. I didn’t have to go into town. Patty and her staff (daughter and mom) are so friendly and knew what i was looking for. If they didn’t have it, they would order it for me or tell me when the shipment would arrive. Just want to say good luck in your future endeavors and all the teachers will miss you a lot.

I finally made it to Teacher Plus! As a teacher who lives in town and teaches on the Windward side, I don’t get to this area very often. Today, I made a special trip just to come check out the store.
First, Patty and Kirsten are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. (Disclaimer: I am acquainted with them but they were just as wonderful to all the customers who came in while I was shopping)
Second, the store might seem on the smaller side but it is arranged so that it is FILLED with supplies and resources for the classroom. My husband thought I’d be in and out but I spent a long time browsing because there were just SO many things I loved. I had to decide what I wanted to buy today and what I’d save for next time…
Third, the pricing seems fair. I love shopping online and it might be possible to find things a bit cheaper but there is something to be said for supporting local businesses and not having to pay for shipping or wait for a package to come.

So I came here with an open purchase order. Everything I wanted that I wouldn’t find at fishers hawaii I found here. From the time I entered the store both ladies were so helpful and welcoming. They offered to calculate my items so I knew how much I had left to spend, they even offered me to split my PO and if I hadn’t spent it all I could come back another time to use my balance! Awesome customer service! Will definitely be back!

Did you know that Teachers Plus is a small business that has been in existence for 25 years? There must be a reason for the longevity of this place. After all, they don’t spend any $ on advertising. I only heard about this place through word of mouth from a teacher friend of mine. So I decided to visit and it was an awesome experience. The owner had so much knowledge and suggestions when it came to what I needed for my students. I have never experienced this at other teacher shops. The owner really knows what she has in stock and what she could get for your child or class.
When it comes to teacher stores, this is not the place to go for a huge variety of items. This is where you go it you want to be provided with great customer service with a great personal touch.
I totally recommend this place for teachers as well as parents.

This is the most convenient location on this side of the island. I’ve made several stops here on the way home to pick up items that I need the next day for work, and was pleasantly surprised to find what I needed. The staff is very friendly and helpful, even referring you to other stores if they don’t have what I’m looking for. It is a small store, but they are stocked with just the right items most educators need for their classrooms.

I like this place. As a teacher, I have to hunt for educational materials at various places. The only other educational store is in town, and it’s hard for me to make it down there… especially since I live in Mililani Mauka and teach in Waipahu. This location is super convenient and has most of the things I need and look for. It has a lot things all packed in a little store. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Parking is limited, but there is street parking.
