The Selling Manage at Hugo Boss (Waikele Outlet), Ms. Elizabeth Lynch, is extremely helpful and exceeded all our expectation!
1. She noticed, my mama is super old and suggested water to her
2. She talked to her and told us about her Japanese grandpa
3. Got shirt and shoes so that we know how he would look like
4. Although she pinned his pants, etc… we could not find right fit, but suggested Hugo Boss in Ala Moana for tailoring his suit.
We are impressed that she knew right size for him, and she was always thinking of us. We felt bad that we could not buy anything… But I would recommend my brother or clients to go she her. She is the BEST!
My husband, I, and Mama, appreciate her very very much!

With the recent renovation of the Waikele Outlets, came the first Hugo Boss factory store in the state.
The store is spacious and uncluttered, making it easy to spot the different lines of clothing. Unfortunately, the prices aren’t that cheap, maybe around $ 30 less than department stores. The quality seemed good, with no sleeves longer than the other or other defects.
Service was barren even with low customer occupancy.
OVERALL:
Spend the extra change and buy your threads from a department or Boss store.
