**** UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW****
Pee stains from our dog were still there long after the carpets dried today. Contacted Maka (owner) to call me back to see if they have something to clean it up with since they said that they could. NO ONE called me back or texted me. I asked her to use something stronger if she had it, or to at the very least call me. NEVER HEARD BACK! Once I paid them, that was it. I even took pictures and sent them to her via text. So bad, hope they read this… but I doubt it. Don’t use this company, you may never hear from them again if you ever need them to fix a problem. I always was able to reach her when I was trying to schedule the carpet cleaning… funny, after they’re paid I hear NOTHING!!! Very upset and disappointed. Who does this?! Never calls their customers back… f***** sad!!!
They get ½ a star, but Unilocal doesn’t have that option… that ½ star is for being on time. That’s it!
