1st time, I was instructed to wait for a call back, no call back for a week. 2nd time I was scheduled for a repair; then no call, no show. They apologized, rescheduled me for another date. This is going to take about a month to fix 1 hole in the wall. My building states that they would prefer I use this service. So I am. Not satisfied. When I asked the repair guy who is repairing the floor, I am told that he doesn’t know and I should ask around. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. If I could get insurance to pay me I’d do it myself. If you use them, keep on them and ask A LOT of questions. Addendum: 3RDTIMENOCALLNOSHOW… Rescheduled me for next week. I went through all the right channels. Confirmed on every phone call about the appointment that I had made for the next week. Stayed home so that I would be there for them when they arrived. Spoke to my Resident Manager who would still like me to use them. Recurrent theme of «Give them one more chance.» My advice is to keep these guys accountable, because once they have your job locked in they will use put you on the bottom of the list. In my case it is an insurance job so they have no other competition. Addendum: 5 weeks later the wall was fixed. Only problem is that it wasn’t sanded smooth before being painted and therefore is uneven and has 3 different odd shaped depths. Called A-1, they were very helpful. Scheduled for re-repair in 10 days. After that we should be finished. Going to be a 6 week job to patch one 1.5 ft x 2.5 ft hole.
