Gave 1 star for the burnt oil soaked fries. I asked for fresh fries… Is that why I got tons of little crumbs of burnt, oil(old), soaked fries. They had so much fries in the bin with the light off… which is why I asked for fresh hot fries. I will NOTEATHERE!!!

Horrible service, I was there for almost 10 minutes at the register there was nobody in the drive thru and only one customer ahead of me, and they never once even greeted me or tended to my order. The worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had

— Numerous instances of incorrect orders or not not fulfilling requests, though they are quick to rectify the situation. — Several bad attitudes at the window over the years, but this has drastically improved over the past year with great workers taking the orders. — Some of the workers handling the food had terrible hygiene and food handling practices. One person working the window blew her nose into her collar, wiped her hand on her pants and then made my fries. — Inconsistent food prep, sometimes undercooked; especially with regards to potato wedges

My mom and I ordered 2 season curly fries and it was cold I let them know it was cold and they said they would make new ones they did but instead of letting us know it would be a little bit if we would mind parking but no they never so the car in the back probably was upset they had to wait for there food not good

Should’ve kept it to a frozen treat but decided to order food for the family. First time eating at a jack in the box so I’m not sure if all of them are bad or just this place. It tasted like the oil the fries and nuggets were prepared in were old and had burned fry residue and we’re all made together… Just did not taste good. The bacon was fake bacon FACON. Gross. The burger had no flavor not seasoned. Not much to be desired. I wish I could rewind and only order their caramel shake which we ended up not getting. Overall very dissatisfied with this food we ordered from crispy chicken sandwich, sirachi burger, and nuggets. Not to mention they forgot to put our fries in the bag had to go back for them. The employees are friendly though Mahalo. Honestly I try to stay away from fast food restaurants but from time to time we’ll have some. This place just put JIBOX in the list of places to never easy at again.

Been here 3 times. Each time worse then the previous. Took 30 minutes the last two times to get a wrong order. The staff is amateur at best. I watched them lose several potential customers because of their in ability to walk to the front and take the order. Food was sub par. I have been the jack in the box in Wainie and had amazing service. Avoid this place at all costs. Your life depends on it.

Even though I should probably avoid fast food places like these It’s hard to resist the BOGO coupons that are showing up everywhere(i.e. coupon books and fundraisers). The food here is no different from so many other fast food burger giants, with very few healthy selections. But because we are creatures of habit and have been exposed to so much propaganda the popularity of these fast food restaurants are unquestionable and almost seem to be the answer for our desire for eating on the run. With all that said I guess an occasional burger and fries should be OK… right??? Be careful when you exit this particular location in Waimanalo, the drive thru empties on to the main highway at a steep incline.

Rating: 2⁄5 Date visited: 6÷21÷2012 Drive thru order taker who was working @ 2pm needs much training. Simple transactions could not be performed to service the customer. Not much more to say other than customer service needs to be addressed.
