Maui’s Quality Dry Cleaning & Laundry

Maui Quality Cleaners really made my wedding day dreams come true! I had a destination wedding in Maui and a bride’s worst nightmare come true. I had to buy a wedding dress 4 days before I left for Hawaii so no time to get it cleaned. I arrived on the island on a Monday and Tiffany at the front counter who couldn’t be any sweeter helped me out. She was so kind and patient with me as I was a little concerned if they could help me out with such short timing. My wedding was on Thursday and I was in a real bind. But she said it wasn’t a problem and my dress would be ready by Wednesday. She even went over the whole dress with me to tag stains so that the cleaner didn’t miss anything. My dress was perfect for the day of the wedding. And the charge was really reasonable.
I also did a «trash the dress» photo shoot a few days after the wedding. It was full of ocean water and sand when I was done with it. I took it back to the Maui Quality Cleaners and they did a wonderful job on it! I anticipated having to throw the dress away since I was «trashing» it but after getting it cleaned, it looks like brand new!
I would definitely recommend this cleaner. They are kind, reasonable prices and have quick turnaround times for even the toughest jobs!

Brought in about 30 silk and rayon shirts and some jackets that got trampled by the US Post Office Jerks on their trip here from the mainland. Greeted by a very enthusiastic counter lady who made me feel like I’d been going there for years. Rate was more than fair, and when I couldn’t get there during the week, they let me in the side door on Saturday to pick up my garments and even gave me some danish! Being new here in Maui, it’s nice when people make you feel at home. Thanks, and I will certainly be back.

I recently moved to Maui from the Bay Area and I was looking for a reasonably priced establishment to bring my suits to. When I walked in I was immediately greeted with a smiling face and great attitude. I dropped off a couple of suits and asked if they could repair a tear in one of them. When I picked up my clothing I was really impressed with the repair and quality of work! This is MY dry cleaner now:-)

on vacation, took our clothes in for dry cleaning and the service was awsome! it was done on time and price was great! i wish i could get that good of service at home!

Been going here for over 10 years. The quality of the cleaning has always been really good and the service also pretty good. The only gripe I have is that sometimes they’re not open during posted business hours. Other than that, not too bad.

If I could leave zero stars, I would.
A horrible experience from start to finish with this establishment.
I called this dry cleaner a month prior to my wedding to find out the details of having my dress steamed upon arriving on the island. I was quoted a price of $ 30-​$ 60 over the phone. I informed the person on the phone that I would be arriving on the island on a Wednesday and the wedding would be that Saturday. I asked if that was enough time to steam my dress and I was assured it would be.
I arrive on the island on Wednesday and make my way to Maui «Quality» Dry Cleaning. I drop off my dress and I receive a ticket which states the total would be $ 102! Definitely NOT the $ 30-​$ 60 I was quoted on the phone. And there was a $ 15 «rush charge» tacked onto the bill as well. However, the woman on the phone never mentioned there would be any sort of rush charge even though I gave her the date I would drop off my dress and the date I would like to pick it up. Very shady and unprofessional.
I was told my dress would be ready for pickup on Friday, but to go ahead and call on Thursday and it might be ready. I called Thursday afternoon and indeed my dress was ready. I told the woman on the phone that I was leaving right then and would be at the shop in about 40 minutes to pick up my dress. We drove 30 minutes to get back to the dry cleaner only to find that they had taken it upon themselves to close early (for no apparent reason) even though I had just spoken to someone on the phone and told them I would be there to get my dress by 5pm. I show up at 4:50pm and there is absolutely NO SIGN OF ANYONE at the shop. However, I had no choice. They had my wedding dress and I needed it for the wedding, obviously. I woke up early the next day and made the trek back to the shop once again. Thankfully they were actually open and I was able to get my dress.
Absolutely the WORST customer experience I have ever had. I usually will not write reviews that are this disparaging, but I feel that they grossly misquoted on the price and then closed early even though I had spoken to them not 40 minutes earlier to let them know I would come get my dress. Huge waste of my time and when you’re getting married, time is a precious thing because there is so much to do.
Bottom line, don’t go here if you want to get your wedding dress steamed. They don’t tell you the true price and then they randomly close early even when they know a customer is on her way. Thankfully, I will never have to deal with them again and I hope future brides do not take their dresses to this particular location. Just don’t do it. Find another dry cleaner to take your dress to if you need it steamed prior to your wedding.
