Chef Raja

Chef Raja’s food is as outgoing and colorful as his personality. Thoughtful husband worked with Chef Raja to surprise me with a five course dinner on the gazebo behind Mendes Ranch at sunset overlooking the ocean. Besides a few persistent mosquitos, the experience was PERFECT! The flavors in Chef Raja’s food have unique Asian flare — if you like Thai and Vietnamese food like I do, you’ll love Chef Raja. The highlights of our dinner included grilled jumbo tiger prawns and steamed lobster tail. If you have any dietary needs or dining preference, Chef Raja will cater to them. Not only did we get amazing food, Chef Raja also took some amazing pictures of our dinner and scenery for us since we got caught up in experience itself and forgot some great shots. As soon as Chef Raja emails them to us, we’ll be sure to post them to this review just to show how beautifully everything was done. Thank you Chef Raja for a wonderful dinner!

My family and I spent a week on Maui and had the AMAZING experience of having Chef Raja bless us with his Delicious cuisine!!! To sum this up when we asked our children what there Favorite part of Vacation was they replied «Chef Raja!» and honestly my husband and i must agree he made our 1^st family vacation that much more memorable!!! We will definitely use Chef Raja again!!!

I have had the great opportunity to taste Chef Raja’s amazing food! He add’s in such amazing flavors to an already great presentation! He will amaze you not only with his preparations made with love but his character! He brings a great presence to any event with amazing skill, tastes and sights! You will love every moment of your event with Chef Raja as your caterer!!! A must do while on MAUI!!!
