I would highly recommend Certified Sounds. Awesome service & prices for the sound system I had installed in my truck. I was surprise as to how much the installation fee was, overall I was expecting everything to cost more. The extra cash allowed me to purchase a pair of Alpine headphones, another great product that they carry. Sound is amazing. I am one happy clam. Mahalo Brothers!

I bought a car that had a radio in it where antenna wasn’t working and I couldn’t figure out how to connect Bluetooth. Just stopped in and Derek fixed everything the dash had to be taken apart and he had to deal with somebody’s poor installation I can’t recommend him highly enough! He did an excellent job

I highly recommend Certified Sounds! As a female, I was really overwhelmed when my radio went out. I called Certified Sounds & they were able to get me an appointment that same day.
The staff there was extremely professional & nice. Within an hour, my new radio was installed & they even showed me how to use it! The quality of service & their products were great and the prices weren’t over the top. I would definitely go back in the future.

Super professional and friendly vibes. No pressure. Honest. This is THE place for audiophiles. Derek (shop owner) knows his stuff and really does stay on top of the sound game. I highly recommend Certified Sounds if you are looking for quality and cleanliness. Best audio shop on Maui hands down.

Very knowledgeable and impressive shop. Owner and installers have multiple certifications which makes one feel confident that they are going to do the job right the first time. They carry sold lines like Alpine, Sony, JL Audio, Dynaudio, Arc Audio, Memphis, just to name a few. As far as security and remote start systems they carry two of the best brands on the market: Viper, and Compustar to protect your vehicle. Both companies offer an add on system where you can use your smart phone to control alarm as well get notification if anything happens to your vehicle.
So if you are on Maui and looking for a great sound system and or alarm and want it done right, stop by Certified Sounds for all your 12 volt needs.

The most respected, knowledgable, friendly and talented shop on Maui. I’ve spent over $ 10K here and feel great about every penny. Certified Sounds often corrects others mistakes, including my own lol. Derek, the owner, is extremely talented. His experience and advice are worth gold alone. If you want quality, Derek has many hand picked vendors offering superior quality and craftsmanship. If there is something you want, but he doesn’t have, he can get it for you. If he recommends something else… Listen because it’s the truth. You get what you pay for, and this shop DELIVERS!

Very friendly and professional. They gave me a quote over the phone and I didn’t even have to schedule an appointment.
They had my new bluetooth Alpine stereo installed in 45 minutes and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I will be using them again and I highly recommend them to everybody.
