Kona Kozy’s Comedy & Magic Show

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time at Kozy’s show. He loved up to each expectation I had for him after reading reviews before the show. The intimate setting and strange ambience of the whole thing added to the positive experience. He incorporated everybody into the show at some point it seemed, but it is all in good fun and good spirit. It seems like Kozy puts his life into the show, and you can tell. The tricks are beyond imagination and spectacular. I would definitely go again!

My family and I came to the Big Island for a weekend getaway. This was the perfect «different» thing we were looking for. Kona Kozy is a great showman with fun tricks and jokes! He made an effort to talk to someone at every table and it was an intimate setting. Plus, the two drink tickets were awesome. When buying the tickets, it was suggested that we go to Tropics Alehouse beforehand for drinks and snacks. What a wonderful evening!

When on vacation on the big island we had the pleasure to see KONA KOZY’s Comedy and Magic Show. We had a great time and enjoyed the magic and laughed our heads off. firstly our table enjoyed our drinks and If i remember correctly, my chums in college made drinks 90% alcohol and 10% mix so while our drinks didnt black us out, and even including the we are on vacation so lets «get down and party «factor, they were certainly mixed correctly and tasty and definitely strong enough on the night we were there. which is all I can comment on.
The venue was very nice and comfortable and there was plenty of parking. The best part of everything was the show. It was a perfect mix of comedy and magic, the Tricks were amazing and mind blowing. It really was a great way to spend a evening, I would recommend it when in Kona for sure. Its laughter and magic in paradise

It was great for the young children that were there. His humor was innocent toilet humor. I really don’t know what the reviewer who talked about «taking the lord’s name in vain» was talking about. He did smoke a cigarette as part of the act, but this didn’t bother us.
We had seen many of the tricks before (and it’s not like we’re big magic nerds or something), he did one thing twice, and the tricks with which he wanted us to be most impressed were incredibly obvious. There was just one trick that we really, really liked and left us scratching our heads. I felt that he spent too much time trying to sell his DVD and other souvenirs when we paid to get into the show.
The bartender was absolutely awful. She didn’t know how to make a Martini or a Bacardi. I don’t think that some of our drinks had any alcohol in them. She wanted BOTH of the two drink tickets for any fun drink (that presumably would contain alcohol). In other words, you could only get a boring drink you could make in your hotel room like a rum and coke or something. I figure I could have found a better bartender if I chose one of the kids I went to college with at random.
Penn, he was not, but parking was easy.
DO NOT GO TO THE MACARONI GRILL BEFOREHAND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. There are many better restaurants around, even in that same little mall.

Absolutely AHHHHHHMazing time! Great small show. Worth the time and $$$. Kozy was welcoming and hilarious. Loved the off color jokes. Brought our daughter (7yrs) and he took her up on stage and she LoVeD it! We had a blast. Perfect blend of adult and kid skits. Don’t miss this show! 2 drinks included even of you don’t buy the dinner show– total deal!

Great show and performer. He was entertaining and enjoyable. More of a good magician than a comedian in my opinion.
One thing that bothered me was that he was promoting himself. That is very bold to do. That is not his job and someone else should be saying those things. Not him.

AMAZING! Have a few drinks sit back and watch the show! Be prepared to be mind blown! Great MAGIC!

Amazing show! Top tier magic right here in Kona. A must for vacationers with or without kids!

Great slight of hand magic! Amazing for sure! Great comedy just wish it could have been rated «G» for the little kids. Not that it was rated «R» but, there were a few words used that I would not want my little ones hearing if we brought them with us. Also a few GD’s were said and is always offensive to us and our whole table. Maybe have a clean early version and one later for just adults.

Kona Kozy is a fantastic show. Top notch sleight of hand magic mixed with comedy as only he can. Highly recommended !
