I would absolutely hire John for my carpet needs. He showed his integrity when he helped my family when we locked ourselves out of our car with out 3 yr old inside. He saw we were distressed and offered to help and had a friend come right away to help us and he stayed with us until we were all right. So wonderful to know there are people out there like him. I have no doubt he would treat his customers with the same honesty and respect.

I would hire John in a heartbeat because of his character. He went above and beyond to assist us with a non-carpet matter. Someone tried to break into our rental cars locked glovebox and broke the handle. We had no way to access the glovebox or fix the handle. We saw him on his lunch break in his service truck and asked if we could borrow some tools. Not only did he loan us tools, he helped straighten a «nail» that fixed the broken handle. When we tried to buy him lunch or just give him a little money as a thank you, he refused. What a stand up guy! This is the type of person I want to hire — a person of integrity. Thank you John!

I have used Blue Pacific Carpet Cleaning for 17 years. The first time I used them it looked like I had new carpet put in. The prices are very reasonable and quality of work is excellent.
