Colin Thompson of Custom Carpentry by CPT and his crew recently did several projects for our rental condo at Kona Isle. Each project turned out amazing! Colin and his crew were professional, punctual, and the cost of each repair was fair. Our neighbors couldn’t believe the difference in our condo as each project was completed. Several of them asked for his contact information so I have a feeling we may have to wait in line the next time we have Colin back to improve our property. Since we were there for the projects, we saw first hand how hard they worked and our property manager, Brian, mentioned how impressed he was about how clean they left their work area each and everyday. Brian said it was unusual to have a contractor who took such care to keep his work space tidy and not be disruptive to other guests. When one of the cabinets (ordered off island) was late, Colin had his crew fashion a temporary cabinet to have in the meantime as we had guests arriving. His temporary cabinet looked so good no one would have guessed this was not the finished product. It is this attention to the customer’s needs that was most impressive. My husband and I will not consider any other contractor for our construction needs. Thank you so much Colin and crew!

I highly recommend this company for your remodeling needs. He was always on time, negotiated a great price and made sure the job was finished in a way he would want it to look in his own home.
