Love Them and Leave Them Pet Sitting Service Hawaii

This place is AWESOME! left my GSD with them for about a week, and he had a blast! I was given updates daily on what he was up to, and pictures to show he was having a great time! The staff knows their stuff and are great with the dogs! They come with my highest recommendation!

I absolutely love this place :) I have 3 cats and 2
dogs. All of them had a wonderful time at Love them and Leave them. I got lots of updates so I knew all my babies were doing just fine (I worry to much haha).
My 3 cats were in the kitty cottages and easily adjusted to being some where new. They got lots of love and attention. I’m sure they enjoyed being able to see the outside with out having to worry about them getting lost.
My two dogs had a blast. They got to play all day and got lots of love and treats. I was really worried that they wouldn’t get along with the other dogs but I was reassured that they slowly get all the dogs used to each other.

Gosh we cannot say enough wonderful things about Erika and what a wonderful time our three labs had with her. We boarded them with her for almost two weeks and received picture updates every other day from her. They had the best time here and knew that they were being taken care of just as if they were home. She even texted the night we brought them home to see how they were adjusting to being back home. We also found a very sweet goodie bag for the dogs when we were unpacking that afternoon — all treats and toys just for the pups. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Erika and this place, please be sure to check them out, this is truly a gem!

Erica and her staff at Love Them and Leave Them are amazing!!! We had her watch our 10 month old blue Heeler for a week while we went to Kauai. Erica sent pictures every day… many days multiple times a day of Buddy playing and having a blast! I must say she is a pretty good photographer as well. She has a wonderful set up for animals if all sizes and best of all… super affordable prices! We traveled from Kaneohe and it was way worth it. We would highly recommend Erica’s pet sitting services to all our friends!

I had a wonderful experience with Love Them & Leave Them. I made last minute reservations for my two pups to stay with Erica over the Thanksgiving holiday. Not only was she able to accommodate my last minute trip, but she was also super easy to work with. I normally leave my dogs with an in home pet sitter, but considering how active they both are, it just wasn’t the right service for me. I’d usually come home to two depressed dogs, which has always discouraged me from leaving the island. This time, I picked up two VERY happy and healthy dogs. They even gave Erica lots of kisses before leaving and I could tell how comfortable they were at her home. The facilities are awesome, the kennels are huge, but its the amount of time and attention that really make the difference. My dogs love people and Love Them & Leave Them provided them with the love and care they needed while I was away. I’ll never hesitate planning a trip again! So happy I found this place and I know my pups are too.

If there is a pet heaven, for living pets THIS IS IT. To start, we messed up our dates and they where understanding and did not charge us for our mistake. We took our rescued kitten here when he was just 2 months old, and as you can see in the pictures, he was given constant attention + love (as well as organic fresh tuna for treats!).
This is one of those reviews that you don’t want to write because you want to keep it your little secret but this place deserves the business if they can fit you in! Especially because a large portion of what you pay gets donated to animal rescue.
If you choose this pet sitter be prepared for your pet to have a hard time leaving!

Erica was a pleasure to work with! After talking on the phone and emailing, we were confident our dog Bentley would be in good hands! Erica went out of her way to show us the property, environment, and answer all the questions we had. Additionally a friend of ours recommended her! Prior to dropping our dog off, we had to take him to the vet and get the yearly shots. Erica’s contract has specific shots needed prior to the stay, so we verified with the vet everything was good to go. The vet complimented how impressed she was with the requirements and asked what was the name of where our dog was going because she was interested in using them! While we were away, we received texts with pictures of the dogs running around, playing catch, and tongues hanging out. You could tell our dog was comfortable, having fun, and on vacation :) We highly recommend them! Take a tour of the location, and relax knowing your dog will be in good hands while you are away.

Erica and her team at love them and leave them are the best. My job required me to travel often and Erica always ensured the best care for Sam. She loves and exudes compassion for her furry visitors if they were her own. Sam cannot wait to go back. Each time I drop her off, she is racing for the gate to get in and play. It’s a doggy’s paradise of play areas and dog pools to cool off. There is no better place to leave your pet. They are in great hands with Erica.

I honestly cannot say enough great things about Erica and her staff here at Love Them and Leave Them. After I had a not so great experience at another pet sitting service in Oahu, I found Erica on Unilocal and it is the best decision I have ever made for my pup thus far. While I was away I received pictures and texts and upon picking up my baby, I was reassured about the stay and she was so happy there that I wasn’t sure if she’d wanna come home with me lol!
I rarely write reviews but this deserved one and if you think your pup deserves the best then go here! You won’t regret a thing. I’m so happy with the service I could go on all day.

Thank you, thank you. This was a great experience for my girls «dogs». I was leery at first but Erica came highly recommended and so I packed up the family and headed out west to take a look, I feel in love at first sight and knew this was the place for my girls. My son 10 years old did not like the idea of leaving our dogs with anyone but family, but after he took a look around and talked to Erica he was convinced the dogs would have a great time. Erica continued to give me updates with pictures throughout our trip, only 5 days to Kauai but was very reassuring that my girls were having a great time.
I love the fact that this Doggy Day care is outside with lots and lots of room to run and enjoy mother nature. We live in a country environment and this was very similar to home so the girls got to run and play lots. I can’t wait to go on another trip so the girls can get some friend time in and great exercise.
I picked the girls up early and they were bathed and ready to go, the trip home they slept, when they got home they slept even more. I truly believe they had the time of their lives.
Lastly the price is perfect and very reasonable considering what you get for it.

Our pugs and cat received the best care possible while we were on vacation. They received a lot of personal attention from Erica and her staff… they even got my pugs to play in a kiddie pool! Erica even sends you pictures almost daily so you can see how much fun your pets are having. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to watch my furry kids!

I just picked up my kitties from a week’s stay at Love Them and Leave Them. I cannot rave enough about the accommodations and care they received there.
My cats are indoor cats and I was concerned about leaving them in the outdoor cottages. But I always worry when I leave them in a boarding facility where they are put in kennels with only other caged animals to look at and no physical activity or stimulation. So I decided to give the outdoor cottages a try.
The cottages are snuggled under shade trees adjacent to Erica’s house. They are roomy and very cat friendly. Erica has thought of everything to make the cats feel like they are at home. There is an enclosed room where they can hide and a screened porch where they can indulge in bird watching and see what is going on in the yard. She’s filled each cottage with toys, comfortable beds and a cat tower for lounging.
Erica or her assistant spend time in the cottage with each cat daily. I received updates complete with pictures almost every day.
I’ve already made my reservations for my next off island trip. I’ve never had such peace of mind knowing they were being so well cared for in such a healthy environment.

My fur babies are my kids and I never went anywhere because I didn’t trust anyone to care for them the way I do until I found Erica at Love Them and Leave a Them. They have large cabanas instead of kennels for each dog, a huge play area with lots of toys, treats, doggie pools fire hydrants. They play all day long and get LOTS of TLC! Erica lives on the property so they are never alone and truly treats them like her own. I picked my dogs up today and they didn’t want to leave. Erica is a God sent and I can finally leave them without worrying. I wouldn’t take my babies anywhere else

I thought I wrote a review for Erika but I guess not, shame on me!
I am from the mainland but lived on Oahu for 3years because Yes, I am a military wife.
Searching high and low for a pet sitter because we have a Lionhead Bunny that needed much care and attention especially when we are going home to the mainland for the holidays. So happy to have found Erika.
She is LICENSED AND AUTHORIZED to take care of pets too!
I called and left a message and got a response back within the same or next day. I understand now why she is so busy because she’s the best and most loving animal pet care taker I have ever met.
Before I even let her take my bunny, I met up with her at her own home and took a tour before deciding. She has such a wonderful large backyard all separate for all sorts of animals to dogs, cats and most of all… rabbits. When I saw the little area for my bunny Totoro, I knew he would love it here while I’m gone.
Her prices are the most reasonable and she’s the most reliable. I even got texted pictures of my bunny while I was gone letting me know how he was doing! Made me want to come home sooner when she did that.
So every year, while I lived there i would try to contact her as soon as possible in ADVANCE to see if there is an opening spot for my rabbit. Unfortunately sometimes she’s so great that there wasn’t a spot for me. So make sure to do everything in advance!
I can’t thank her enough for the hospitality she has shown for my husband and I and most of all my rabbit. She was also helpful when we had to PCS and leave the island and how to ship my bunny that she was the reason I have my rabbit today because she helped and recommended Island Pet movers to me. I’m really and truly happy and grateful for her. If I ever move back and need pet setting she would be the first person I would think and recommend!

I hate writing reviews but this one is worth of time.
I started to come here 3 years ago when I have only one golden retriever (Kabi). Now 3 yrs later I have three golden retrievers (Kabi, WaWa, Parker) and they all staying here at «Love them and Leave Them» with Erica and her crew while we travel.
My dog enjoy staying here and love all the people here. When I start pulling In to the block near around the Eric’s house, Kabi will start jumping inside my car and getting excited like how the car is pulling in to beach. LT&LT crew is really friendly, they have a huge and beautiful yard for my dogs to run around, lots of toys, bones, treats, and lots of love for our dogs. And Wawa love their doggie pool ! Yes they have a pool for dogs to play with! And they have huge individual kennel/​dog house so all three of my dogs can stay together at night. As you all should know boarding 3 large golden retriever can be very expensive. LT&LT offer us most affordable rate compare to all the places out there and discount on additional pets.
Erica manage the dogs really well, She really spend the time with our dogs and play with them, and knowing each of them. She is true animal lover owns 3 super friendly dogs that loves to play our dogs. And chicken, ducks, and a donkey! =Kabi’s buddy!
I trust them, I love them, and I can leave them with them! I highly recommend LT&LT to all the animal lovers!

Words cannot express how much we love Erica and her crew. There is so much room for my pups to play there, they have their own puppy pool and «room» and they get so much interaction from the humans too. You can tell everyone at LTLT really just adores animals.
Erica has a long background with dogs so she is very knowledgable and experienced. She tries her absolute best to accommodate your needs and she’s very flexible and understanding. She’s wonderful to work with.
I love that Erica sends us pictures of the pups to help put us at ease when we’re away.

erica and her staff are amazing with animals! so much love is involved, I’d recommend them to anyone who needs a pet sitter. she updates you on your pets stay while you’re away and is so accommodating! I am now a loyal customer of Love Them and Leave Them Pet Sitting after I brought my dog Chase for a stay. Erica and her employees are so exceptional at what they do. I did not have to worry even slightly about my dog, who is a special needs dog. I knew he was in great hands. They took the time to fully understand him and his fear of other dogs and they made sure he felt safe and secure.
They gave him treats and a bath and toys to play with. He met a dog that he actually got along with. He was brought inside at night because he’s a smaller dog with a fear of other dogs so Erica thought he’d feel more secure inside.
The outdoor kennels are huge and they have their own dog quarters to sleep in their runs. There is a huge dog park with toys and pools. She also has beautiful cat cottages if you have a cat needing to be boarded.
Erica and her staff are so sweet and friendly. They listen and make sure everything is done in the best possible way. You really can’t find a better place with better people to take care of your pets. I will always put my dog here whenever we go on a trip that we can’t bring him.

Erica’s spacious covered outdoor kennels and large dog park make quite a luxurious and fun retreat for our two fur children. Erica was very accommodating when we requested to bring our dogs bedding and kennels that were placed inside the large kennels. My husband and I took a European cruise and we were gone for a little over three weeks! Erica kept in touch and sent us pictures often.
Our dogs were well cared for and safe with Erica. Highly recommend.
