Wendy’s

I really hate coming to fast food chains, but I was craving the apple salad – good post workout fuel. I haven’t been to this location in a looooong time. I was surprised to find that the customer service has greatly improved! I gave an extra star for the drive thru worker there. Wish I got her name. Her energy was very uplifting, and she was happy to be at her job. Hey, if you’re gonna flip burgers… be the best burger flipper they have ever seen! Anyways, wasn’t a terrible experience, then again I opt for the cleanest food Wendy’s has to offer.

Everytime I visit this freaking place it always turns out to be a bad decision I regret! A very bad decision! Order taker is rude! Always ask «anything else» in literally between items I ordered! Did not even ask if I was done ordering, just told me to «pull forward». Did not repeat back my order. I got to the freaking window paid for my meal and was told there was gonna be a 5 minutes wait on my #8 combo homestyle so I decided to get grilled instead coz I didn’t wanna wait 5 minutes! cashier gave me the bag I checked and was missing 2 burgers coz I wasn’t charged for it! (Ain’t my fault the freaking order taker wasn’t doing her job right) I paid for it and they told me to park I was extremely mad and said «no! I’m not parking!» Experience with the cashier was already bad enough! No straw for my drink and no receipt was given!!! If it wasn’t for my daughter who always like the frosty I would never visit this place! Manager did not even step up to apologize for the inconvenience!
Ps. I couldn’t even enjoy my meal even after half an hour passed!

Weak. Our food wasn’t even hot. The FRIES ARE HORRIBLE! I wish Wendy’s would change the fries altogether. Go if you’re super hungry and have a serious, die hard unwavering craving for Wendy’s. If not– go to Teddy’s. It’s totally worth the extra 5 – 10 bucks

Slow and do not care for walk in’s…We had our car in the shop a couple blocks down. So figured we try this location. It was way before lunch rush and the drive through never had more then 2 cars in it yet we had waited in line to ORDER for over 15 minutes!!! Just to order. One thing if they were slammed with drive thru and inside line (there were only 2 older gentleman in front of us. Small order)… Then to get the food another 6 – 8 minutes. Which the order was wrong-​missing a chicken sandwich. waited 10 minutes for that… Got the order with two sandwiches cold fries and melted frosty. then after opening another sandwich it was a double cheeseburger thing… waited another one total of 3 – 4 minutes to get the spicy chicken sandwich… So yeah…

Drive through was long so we decided to go inside. There was a long line inside as well but we didn’t have to wait long to be served and get our meals.
The drink fountains must have been leaking or something because there was a huge puddle on the floor that they had stuck a wet floor sign over. It was still super dangerous and needed to be mopped straight away. Especially because there were elderly with walking sticks trying to access the drink fountains.
The restaurant tables were clean even though they were busy.
Overall it is an okay restaurant.

I thought this Wendy’s was super classy and the food was great!
The new strawberry chicken salad is AMAZING. I highly recommend it.
The quarter pounder is NOT WORTH IT. Just get some burgers off the value menu and you’ll be way happier.
They also ran out of chocolate frosties so we had vanilla which was awesome because we added root beer to it when we were halfway done and made root beer floats! #delish

All I ask out of a fast food place is when I order a chicken sandwich with no mayo, don’t put mayo on my sandwich. This is one of a million Wendy’s who have failed me on that front.

Visited in the evening around 8pm on the weekend. Found inside the restaurant to be dirty and unkept. Tables were dirty and not wiped clean. There was «rings» from the condensation of drinks that were left to dry on the table. A few brown rings were found… probably from a chocolate Frosty. The floor next to the self serve drink machines were rather slippery. My wife had almost slipped and fell if she didn’t pay attention and catch herself quickly. When we go to our table, noticed that my shoes were making a sound… yes, the floor on that side was sticky. Probably had not been mopped for awhile OR the water used for the mop wasn’t clean.
However, the food order was correct, they were fast with our order. Taste of the food was decent however the food temperature wasn’t «piping hot.»
Overall and «ok» visit, but would like to see the restaurant cleaned up.

Horrible service. No matter what, they always get my order wrong.

Last time I gave a 1 star… This time its the same… Figured i give them another shot… How in the world do you run out of rice, lemonade, cup holders and who knows what else. This means poor management. Like I mentioned before they once went out of business for a bit and it can happen again if they keep it up.

Always busy, but the employees are always efficient and nice. They run out of a lot of products, but especially the baked potatoes. I like the bacon and cheese potato. It’s $ 4, but worth it.

When you first walk through the door you are hit with this strange smell. It’s a smell you can’t put your finger on almost makes me think go back home and a chicken coop. So if you can get over the smell then the food is just average. It’s always pretty busy and service is really slow. So if you are in a hurry better hit up another drive thru or just going inside is slow.

Sub standard service, dirty interior, and a gross bathroom. There was doodoo all over the toilet, haha for real, and pubes. Left without eating.

Drive through line was long so I decided to go in. I Been waiting about 20 minutes now and still have not been helped. There were 4 people ahead of me and 2 waiting for their food. One girl on the register and the same girl was running the food out.
The wait was really not a big problem as I knew it was the lunch rush. But, the reason for the one star was: the cashier. She was nice, and very apologetic about the wait, but… The fact that she was handling the money then pulling the food (French fries, drink cups, frostys) WITHOUT washing her hand /​gloves really bothered me. Thank God I was just there for the lemonade.

Incredibly slow drive-​thru service, unprofessional workers, if you have time to waste sitting in the drive-​thru line, then this is the place for you.

Love their fries but this location alway puts way to much salt. This is the 5^th time in a row.

UPDATE: Decided to order with family again. The drive thru line took forever. It seemed like they were rushing judging that they almost forgot to give the medium strawberry lemonade we ordered.
Yes, they were rushing the orders. Instead, we got a large strawberry lemonade. They forgot our medium fries and a straw.
What’s worse, is the drink itself. Upon closer inspection, there was this bug in the drink!!!
We called and they apologized, offering a replacement for free.

Eaten here, mostly during lunch, about 5 time in last year in a half.
Great food most of the time and one of the fastest drive thurs once you get to the area you can order that is.
Last time I was there was the day I regret going.
Potato was old, burgers old my whole order seemed like old food. Unlike the last few time I went were the food was perfect.
Was manager on break at around 2 pm? Better eat before 12pm next time.
It was night and day from one time to another. Staff always great. food was great one day horrible the next.
Very cheap food and fast once you get order in.

I would have given this place ½ a star if I could. Even though the building itself is nice, the manager is VERY obnoxious! He doesn’t have people skills and runs the place like it’s his little kingdom and he’s the king who lords over all his employees and guests. I’ve been here several times and it’s the same every time … He’s VERY LOUD and constantly talks at the top of his voice the ENTIRE time we are eating. We can’t even hear our conversation at our own table because he is so loud and rude!!! If you want a place where you can go and have a nice meal without a bombardment of noise pollution then you should probably go somewhere else. Oh, I’ve also caught him twice outside in the parking lot fraternizing and smoking with his employees. VERY unprofessional!
The food is just alright … Nothing to write home about.
To the manager: SHUT UP so the people that pays your salary can enjoy their food!

Get to the ordering speaker, the employee sounds like blah… why are you bothering me? Get to the window I see my waffle cone I ordered in a red cup melted and leaking all over like it had been sitting there. I was like, no way that’s mine. Way, it was mine. She laughs and puts a napkin over it. See pics. The frosty tasted like iced milk, it was TERRIBLE! Ironically their slogan on their cups is «Quality is our recipe.» Might want to take that off before ya’ll get sued for false advertising!
