A-Plus Seamless Raingutters Inc

I spoke with Benjamin on the phone and solicited a quote for rain gutters at my home. He was friendly and gave me a range of what it would cost based on the conditions I described. I told him I was serious about doing the work and would like a firm proposal. A week later he sent someone out to verify the scope. I never met the guy but my wife said he was nice. He took his measurements and said someone would get back to me after the weekend with the price. A week of calling later I finally got someone on the phone. I asked about the proposal and he said he left me a message on my phone which I never received. When I told him this he hung up on me. When I tried to call back they didn’t answer their phone. I don’t know how you can do business by hanging up on your customers. I don’t even know why he got so mad. I have been patient for 3 weeks while trying to get a quote for the job and then he just hangs up on me… I would have to give A-​Plus Seamless Raingutters an F on this one.
