They have good phone service, a bit pricy, but that’s not the point of the review. I am an account manager, on a family plan and had to get a new sim card after I dropped my phone and lost my sim tray and sim card(my fault). I was asked if I was an account manager, was told I was not able to be «served» because I was not an authorized account manager, but am a member. I was told that the manager would have to come into the store to get the matter taken care of. I ended up having to go to a separate store to get a SIM card, which was located 25 miles away from the first store I was told I couldn’t get a SIM card, basically even though I’m authorized to use the account and pay my own bill etc. I was also told, that if they were able to get the transaction to work, that I would have to pay for the SIM for a tune of $ 25! When I went to the retail store, they were shocked and stated that usually even if it is a Wireless Zone, the store usually gives the SIM Card for free, as obligated by being a Verizon franchise. Bringing in an older phone(flip phone, non smartphone) that lacked GETITNOW due to a software error, they didn’t have the software updater to fix the phone, and had to go back and get the phone fixed at the same store a year before the whole SIM ordeal happened. I thought the whole issue was a one time occurrence, but I guess not!
