Foundation: Softer Mortar: Tomatoey, fresh Bricks: Fresh Roof: Decent amount During our days in Waconia, D’Vinci’s was our go-to place when we wanted a night out close to home. We especially liked their pizza a) because it always tasted so fresh, especially the tomatoes, and b) they had a slightly unique way of preparing it/layering the ingredients to highlight that freshness. If you order their pizza, be sure to add some veggies. It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten at D’Vinci’s. D’Vinci, we miss you!

D’Vinci’s was probably the first restaurant I noticed after moving to Waconia, and due to it’s vicinity to our house, it is in easy walking distance for take-out, which we have done multiple times. We have dined in as well, but be prepared for a very small and cozy dining area. Positives: –Very good food, especially the pasta. Pizza is of the extra cheesy NYC style and is a nice change of pace from most of the other chains in the area. –Extremely friendly staff Negatives: –Prices are a little high, especially for pizza. –Very small dining area. Good food, cozy atmosphere… this is a very popular place in Waconia, and we are very lucky to be living within walking distance — we will have to try one of their sandwiches next time!

We order take out fro D’Vinci’s all the time! Their sandwiches are massive and delicious as well as their lasagna. I haven’t had their pizza but have heard good things. I’ve never eaten in but have always had good experiences and good is really good!

Service is sub-par. The owner always seems to be short when taking orders, unfriendly, doesn’t smile and very rude. Food is great! I have never had a bad entrée.
