Piss poor company. This is the only way to describe W Promotions.
This establishment is a perfect candidate for the CNBC show with Marcus Lemonis. It’s got all the makings of an incompetent business.
Poor management starting at the top? Check.
Very little care for customers? Check.
Inefficiency that leads to poor products and excessive delivery time? Check. Check.
This place truly sucks. Over the course of my order I called the business approximately 5 times for every answered call. The order also took forever. Other companies in town have gotten similar orders done in half the time. Management literally laughed at me when I gave them a ten day lead time! Is that the way to treat a customer? Absolutely not, I’m used to a country where the customer gets what they want.
Their prices are also high for what you get. Stay away at all costs, there are many other small businesses that have better service, better quality, and better prices. Bear cotton, hole in the roof, and screentex are some of the good ones in town.
