Great apartment! Love it!

Almost a year after I moved out I got a call from a collection agency for a $ 50 cleaning bill. I did not receive a single call or email from the office, to notify me of the amount due. My credit score could have been spared, if someone just would have reached out to me. HORRIBLE customer service, in my opinion! The only reason I have one star, is because I hit it by mistake & I can’t get it removed. ZERO STARS!!!
