BELOWAVERAGEPROVIDEROFLAWNSERVICES A couple of months ago, I received an email bill from Ground Guys. I called them and asked them why they were sending me a bill. They said they purchased my current lawn service company and now I was their customer. What? — they just send me a bill and don’t notify me that they are going to be on my property performing services? I figured that since this was their level of customer service — that it would be the same with the delivery of services. And after a month, it was. Each time they cut and trimmed, there was a different team — and services were not consistent. I called them twice and left a message with a woman each time. There were no returned calls. Finally after sending a cancellation email, the Account Manager called. What? They have an Account Manager and his job is to return calls — and he is only calling me now because he is trying to salvage my business. After further research, I learned that Ground Guys locally is a franchise without standardized workflow or policies across the franchise system. In other words, look out !
