Worker stuck her fingers inside of a cup when picking it up.GROSS. Also took 11 mins for them to make me a watery frappuccino with melted whipped cream. I felt bad for the cashier because he even jumped in to help make drinks. Friendly but I will not return.

I love Starbucks but this location has a problem with consistency. Also when they charged my card twice they wouldn’t refund me. Thumbs down! I hate when I order two of the same drink and one is good and they other one is like leftover water. Plus I’m in hurry in the morning so I can’t go around and ask them to make me another drink.

Ok, many chances given to this establishment. Coffee still inconsistent but prices are always the same. It’s clear that all that matters are owners making money and consumer’s, well, we’re $*#! out a luck. No more money wasting for me. Hope owners enjoy my portion that went towards their yacht!!! I’m done!

The vibe is ok. This location always seemed to mix the sugar just right in teas… However, for the past 3 consecutive afternoon drive-thru visits I asked for«iced black tea» and«tazo zen green tea»… Instead for each visit I got plain sweet tea and china green tea. On day 3, this lady interestingly tried to convince me china tea and zen tea are the exact same. Just wow. Both have their own unique taste. The difference is coke to dr pepper. How does this happen?!? lol

I don’t know what has been going on lately, but the service in the drive-thru has been absolutely abysmal. Mostly in the afternoon time. The last time I was there I got there at about 4:30 and I placed my order. I sat behind about 5 cars and I didn’t get to the window until 4:50. There wasn’t even a, «sorry for the long wait» or anything. Just them telling me what I owed. Are there new people there who don’t know how to make the drinks in a timely manner? I just know that waiting that long is ridiculous. And even going inside takes forever, too. And while the drink flavor isn’t always consistent, they are still good.

I have been to at least 50 different Starbucks locations in my life, and loads of other different coffee shops all around Austin and in Texas. In fact, I probably have Starbucks at least once a week on campus(UT). This is undoubtedly the most unimpressive experience I’ve ever had at a coffee shop. The staff wasn’t friendly, the vibe they created was depressing, I’m not sure that they smiled even once, and moved in a fashion that I would expect of a sloth. I actually came twice today(I’m visiting family from out of town) and in the drive through this morning I waited in line for 30 minutes with 6 or 7 cars in line and gave them the benefit of the doubt, after all it is the day after Christmas. The second time I went in with my mom because she wanted coffee, but we decided to go inside this time because there were only 2 people in line. We waited for 20MINUTES for a cappuccino! What on earth, no coffee shop I have ever been to has ever taken this long no matter how busy. So to sum it up, Starbucks is great but go to ANY other location unless you want to waste half an hour for a mediocre latte.

I always get a consistent mix on my drinks and they are always quick, even when busy. My favorite store in the area.

That’s my to go place! I’ve tried other Starbucks in town, this one serves me the best. They know me, they are cheerful. and they KNOW the secret Starbucks drinks that arent on the menu. So its delightful to order without the barista giving you the raised eyebrow and trying to figure what heck you just ordered. And they ALWAYS have every type of roasted coffee ready(light, house and bold)…if they happen to run out, they WILL brew you one at the very moment. They aim to please. Even on one day, I ordered a bold coffee, that one had been sitting for a while, they could have easily served me that one but NO, they said if you’d wait couple of minutes, we will brew you fresh one!

This Starbucks is so close to my neighborhood I often walk there. I see someone I know every time I go there, which makes this Starbucks feel cozy and local to me when I visit. The first thing I do when I arrive is check out the Bookcrossing zone that is near the bathrooms — I like the idea of trading books with the other people who go to my local Starbucks. Sometimes the tables are sticky. The staff behind the counter often seem frazzled and a little impatient. I think this is because the store is so busy. Most of the chairs and tables are occupied whenever I am there. I am generally happy with the quality of my drinks and they are usually ready pretty quickly.

This is my regular Starbucks and I enjoy sitting and reading or journaling. Everyone is really friendly but not as knowledgeable about coffee as they could me. I have had several run-ins with having to clean my own table or getting an eye-roll for asking for more cream but they are just people who have a bad day every now and then. Mindy, the manger, does a great job with the store and always talks with customers. Not the best store but I like to call it home.
