I love, love, love Ross! Every summer I get to stock up on summer dresses for CHEAP! The prices maybe cheap but the clothing quality isn’t. They also have a good selection of tops & bottoms, for great prices. They have dresses for all different occasions. They also have a good selection of purses & shoes.

Store was clean and quiet. Didn’t find what I specifically went in there for, but I did find another toy that I had been searching for months for. Staff was very pleasant. Sylvia waited on me and was very friendly.

Customer Service Sucks! This store is so bad, since I don’t live in the area I only frequent them about 4 – 5 times a year, but literally every time I have been in the store I have encountered some issue. All issues have been with their staff. 1) Clerks yell across the store to one another, very distracting and unprofessional. 2) Walked in with a return and wanted to shop and a clerk named Linda yelled at me from the farthest register away, «Are you making a return? You have to leave your bag up here. That’s our policy». I was literally the only one up front, there were no other customers, she could have walked over and asked me if I would like her to hold my bag while I shopped. Can you say untrained?(I later called the manager to complain because when I got up to the register to check out, she was as indigent as could be. The manager, at that time, could have cared less) 3) Witnessed a horrible display of stupidity from another clerk telling a customer that an item can’t be returned after 30 days. 4) Saw Linda in action again, reprimanding a customer because the item didn’t match the description she was trying to return. A clerk in their store had made a tag by handwriting it and this Linda told her they don’t do that at this store, you can’t return it. 5) I think this store has gone thru many managers and one of my last visits was told they had no manager at all, just assistants that were running the store. 6) The most recent incident I witnessed was from, guess who, «Linda». A elderly woman had returned an item in front of me in line and after this person left, Linda proceeded to bad mouth the customer in front of other employees and customers waiting in line. My advice to this store, GETRIDOFLINDA, she is a cancer in the store and one of these days she will cause big problems for management and ross in general. UPDATE: apparently they have a new manager, Scott, who I believe was the assistant mgr before. I called him and told him I had, yet another problem with Linda when I called the store asking for the District Manager’s name and number. She told me to call the 800 number to get it, even though it is posted right there at the front desk. By the way, never told me what the 800 number was. Can you say lazy? Man she needs an attitude adjustment! I think the little power she has went straight to her head! Good luck, I am glad I don’t live in this area, this kind of behavior wouldn’t fly in California. She would be fired!
