These guys were really helpful in picking out safety shoes for work. The whole process probably took like 20 minutes. They were friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great experience.

I have been standing in the store for the last 20 min and the «manager» has been talking with one of his friends about new burger places that they would like to see Waco. They weren’t looking at shoes or boots. Just standing at the counter talking. After I interrupt their conversation and ask about a pair of 180 dollar pair of boots he walks back, grabs them, puts them in a chair and goes back to his conversation about burgers. Not once did he offer to help or answer any questions. Guess I came in around lunch time when everyone was hungry. I have always been told Redwing is the best boot for any job. Because of my experience today I will be going and buying the Wolverines brand. Sorry Redwing. No disrespect to your boots. Just sounds like the Waco store could use some help with customer service.

Came in to get a pair of shoes for work. The guy working was SUPER helpful and knew everything about everything when we had questions. We also happened to need to bring the shoes back because they weren’t feeling right with my flat feet. They have a 30 day comfort guarantee which was very helpful. Great little store!

My feet have been KILLING me for months to the point of hardly being able to walk after a day on my feet, and came in to try something with good support and someone to fit me with the right shoes. They have a scanner to read the soles of your feet and can fit you with semi-​custom insoles that target the problem issues; after two days I’m almost pain free! The shoes aren’t cheap, but are very comfortable, have great support, and so far are treating a major problem for me! I am hooked and will be a long term customer!

I bought a pair of boots here. I’d done my research and knew what I wanted, and they sized me and took time to make sure the fit was perfect. It reminds me of the way things used to be in the good ol days. Red Wings are an American icon. I bet I’ll never need another pair, but that doesn’t mean I won’t get another pair.
