Quality Inn & Suites

We stayed There during Baylor WVU game. Rooms were clean, but very very outdated. We had a suite with a kitchenette but nothing to use in kitchen. When I asked why they said they quit having utensils in kitchen because of theft! Kind of pricey because of game. That was the only room we could get for that time period. They need to upgrade those rooms! Staff were very nice.

The staff at this hotel is exceptionally nice and helpful.
The breakfast served is very good. Food is appetizing. The dishes are kept full. The eating area is spotless. (Cute Texas shaped waffles.)
But the construction of this hotel is a disaster! I’ve seen better built forts in the living room on rainy days. I had to change rooms because my shower was totally broken. But the new room and my friends’ rooms were almost as bad. Fire alarms hanging from the wall. The bathroom sink faucet was reversed for hot-​cold. The furniture is cardboard. The bathroom light turns on the bathroom fan so you can’t dress without loud noise. Obvious patches on the ceilings.
I wouldn’t stay there again for fear of the building falling down on my head! The staff deserves better for their efforts. They rock!

The suite was clean, towels fluffy, the bed comfy and even the sofa sleeper in our junior suite was reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was a notch above what I expected and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the sound proofing between floors is a little lacking and I was awakened both nights by lead footed people upstairs.

Wonderful hotel that is decently priced. My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few nights and were pleased with the front desk, maid service and pretty satisfied overall. The hotel is located around numerous restaurants and fast food chains and is conveniently across the street from Walmart.
The only minor complaint is that they don’t bother to set the clocks right in their rooms! Our room clock was off by an hour and we missed breakfast because of it. Maids will respect your DND sign in the mornings and don’t cut any corners on the cleaning. Each room is furnished nicely with a desk, couch, table, etc. and the walls are thick enough that you can’t hear anything from the room over. Also the pool is quite small and filled with bugs but other than that, great place to stay.
