Lesley Myrick Art + Design

We hired Lesley to do the interior design of the combined living/​dining room of our tiny, 900 square foot house. She started by asking great questions and listening to what we loved about our space already, how comfortable we might be with different kinds of changes (paint, etc.) and what we really needed from the space. On-​time and on-​budget we got an electronic design guide, along with a fully linked shopping list for all of our items. The items really felt like us – from a crazy green loveseat to an adorable line-​drawn cat pillow – and came from a variety of sources. We’ve chosen to pull the room together slowly, which, with a little legwork, is letting me buy some of the items as they go on sale. I LOVE the final design – even in our tiny space she figured out a dedicated play space for our daughter! – and am so excited to see everything pull together. So, what I’m saying is, hire Lesley. She’s a joy to work with, she obviously loves what she does, and she’s fantastic at it.
