Best HEB in waco still a small community store with grocery’s and not all the crap like the new stores have. If you want to grocery shop in a smaller store where you can find what your looking for this is the store. In many cases cheaper than the new stores.

Okay, so this is not the newest HEB. However, I give it 5 stars, because the staff is always super friendly to me. The added bonus to me it is not a super store. It is just a regular sized grocery store, that I can get in and out of easily.
