I always had a pleasant experience here, although receptionist isn’t very warm/friendly. Recently I had a cracked tooth and Dr. Davis said it would require a crown. They took photos and sent the info off to my insurance to see what they would cover. Over two months later I called back to see why they hadn’t had a response from my insurance, the receptionist told me they had no record of me coming in with a cracked tooth, and no record of sending anything to my insurance. The receptionist herself even held a mirror so they could get a better photo of the tooth for the insurance company. Needless to say, I’m looking for a new dentist.
