This place is part of Homestead Heritage. We were trying some samples when the guy that makes the cheese came out and talked to us. Really interesting. told us about a batch that he overheated and thought was ruined. He went ahead and made it and a new cheese, Van Sormon, was born. Absolutely wonderfull tasting. For some really quality cheese, you should stop by.
