I had a disappointing experience at Mother’s Day. I requested the florist call to make sure someone was home to receive the delivery. The delivery man left them outside. My mom mentioned they were wilted and she did her best to revive them. I let the florist know and received a series of email defending the delivery man. I did receive a refund on the $ 20 delivery fee but honestly this could have easily been avoided. Bottom line, we will be moving our business to a different florist. It’s sad because this florist did have some nice arrangements over the years, but the management needs to listen to their customer’s needs.

My husband surprised me with a «Madly In Love» bouquet from here & it was beautiful. The flowers were delivered Saturday(13th) but upon arrival & looking at the picture online it seemed they had sent us the standard arrangement and not the deluxe. Figuring they were probably super busy with Valentines Day orders I decided to call that Tuesday & talk to the manager. After explaining that it wasn’t the quality of flowers or service just perhaps a simple mixup she decided to have a fresh deluxe bouquet sent out that very same day. Being a military family we’ve done business with a lot of online flower companies and have been let down by the quality & customer service in the past but Baylor Flowers went above & beyond. Don’t order from a big floral company! Stay local & give these ladies your business.

I was in a panic after having forgotten a flower order on a late Tuesday afternoon. I called a few shops who ‘absolutely couldn’t’ help get a same day order placed(which I couldn’t be mad at– given my late notice), but was thrilled when I reached a sweet girl at Baylor who helped me get my order placed and ensure that it would be delivered that evening! I should also mention– I had them choose the flowers(I gave them the occasion and my price range) and after receiving a photo from the recipient was very glad I had done so… definitely got what I paid for. I have been ordering flower and balloon arrangements from Baylor Flowers for the last couple of years now from Baylor Flowers. Everything from Mother’s day to kid’s birthdays to Christmas. They have never failed me. Any time I have had a question — they have responded promptly and are so courteously. I miss businesses with this work ethic — you just do not see it much anymore. I just cannot say enough about how much my family enjoys the arrangements they put together. One birthday, they delivered a balloon arrangement to my niece who was turning 6. The delivery person took the time out to speak with my niece about her big day and that just made her day. She felt so special at that moment. This is the over and beyond that this company has put into every delivery and it is so much appreciated. Keep up the great job.

Ordered flowers for my mother on mother’s day and just received a beautiful birthday arrangement from my mother. Both arrangements were beautiful. My mother spent quite some time with them on the phone describing exactly what she wanted and how much she wanted to spend on the birthday arragement. She said they were very, very sweet and patient with her. The result is beautiful. Not your average arrangement. Full of beautiful, quality roses and no filler. Beautiful vase. Love the compact design.

Ordered Valentine’s flowers from them. Bouquet that got delivered was full and beautiful. Not full of filler which has happened to me before at other florist. They even called ahead to ask what delivery time would be best. Years past when I order from other company s I came home to flowers sitting on my porch. So I was blown away by there customer service. Highly recommend them.

I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day late(in typical Stephanie fashion). Baylor Flowers offered some of the beautiful arrangements that are available through Teleflora, but actually managed to have lower prices that the Teleflora website(and lower delivery fees!), so I went directly through them. On the Baylor Flowers website, they said the earliest they could deliver was the day after Mother’s Day. I sighed, but knew it was my own fault, so I bit the bullet and apologized for the flowers being late on the card. Later that day Baylor Flowers called me and said they really could deliver by Mother’s Day, they just hadn’t wanted to commit to too much online. So they moved up the delivery date with no additional fee, and modified the note to my mom to reflect it. They also offered to modify the arrangement based on other notes to my mom in the card(which I declined). Anyway, mom was really excited when she got them, and when she sent me a picture they looked just like the advertised arrangement. The flowers also looked healthy and full, unlike other online-associated arrangements that I’ve sent in the past(looking at YOU1800flowers and Proflowers…). Bottom line: Great customer service and they did a solid job.
