Daniel D. stated that he was the owner of Waco, Texas All Star Lockout Locksmith. Before choosing the above locksmith I did some research. After reviewing his review ratings on the internet, I felt satisfied and safe to invite him to my home to replace four of my doors locks. Upon arrived at my home, Mr Daniel had not once ask me for my identification and he demonstrated hesitation and anger when asked for his ID. So how did he know I was the resident or the owner if did not ask for my ID. Against my better judgment, I invited him into my home to begin replacing my doors locks. After he began removing those locks, he quickly stated he needed to take those keys locks to his truck to reshape them and he repeated this cycle four times still telling me he needed to reshape those new keys from an already new lock set which were gotten out of their packages from Homedepot. When he made a key for my back bedroom door it was inscribed duplicate do not duplicate. Then when I asked him for a second copy, he stated that is the only key I have so that why I only given you that one. He had gave me only one key to each of my fours doors even after he told me that he was making more copies. I became both anxious and suspicions after he kept taking my home keys to his trucks to make more copies, but since I was alone I felt fear to challenge him or to make him anger. It seems once he discovered my being alone I found him to be rude, and disrespectful to me a senior citizen honorable discharged disabled Navy veteran and an African American women .To make matter worse Daniel had began slamming loudly himself and his drill against my laundry room café doors I thought he had broken them. He demonstrated anger and he kept rushing me as if he was doing me a favor. He acted suspiciously as if he was trying to hide something for he never once looked me in the eyes. I became so confused, frighten, anxious when I saw his anger for I felt like a trapped helpless animal. I observed him repeatedly binding in a squatting position as he was peering into my office where my vinyl albums were stored in a clear storage bin. I did not receive but one key from each of my locks that he replaced… I beg the question, did he literally key those extra keys and returned? Well, I do not know this, but my vinyl albums and other of my property were stolen several days to week after he replaced my locks. Get this, each of those same doors locks were unlocked and relocked after my property were stolen from my office and my master bedroom. The police stated that someone had to use a key to enter my home. I have cameras but whoever came they were smart enough to leave everything as they found it so I was not the wiser of the robbery. Finally, Daniel had Installed my front door handle and lock on backward so it made for difficulty to lock and the lock screws kept falling out of lock and he put a wrong lock on my back door. He promised before he left that he would return to redo both locks and I called him, he stated he is not coming back out there again. Then I had to get someone else to fix his mess. I believe the legal term is theft by service is negligence for theft that occurred in by home because he did not secure my home and did not return to reinstall those badly done jobs. His is substandard work I would rate it at big fat zero. I lose things from my home that are priceless and irreplaceable. You will have to answer to God for the wrong and hurt you put me through. The Mclennan Texas Sheriffs were useless as a tit on a bog hog. They were to busy trying to bully me instead of of trying to find the theft. They are not helpful if you happen to an African American for they soon let someone kill me in my home first before they believe me.

Forget Pop A Lock, and call Allstar Lockout instead! I called Allstar because my key was stuck in the ignition, and I couldn’t get it out. It was late on a Sunday evening, and I didn’t want to leave the key in the ignition overnight, but Sean was there in less than 10 minutes, and was able to get the key out, and make the repair in less than 30 minutes. He was very polite, and helpful, and told me if I had any problems with the repair to be sure to call him. I called them again to install keyless locks on my home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a locksmith.

Very unprofessional! The person that I just spoke to said that I was«screwed.» I commented that he was being unprofessional. He then said he knew how to fix it but he refused to tell me how to do it since I said he was unprofessional. I called back after about twenty minutes later from a different number only to find out that he did not have the tools to unlock my car after all.
