Their services work! Dan and Gerardo are extremely knowledgeable from small bugs to mice and snakes. They are able to quickly identify the problem and offer a solution. I have been using Action Services for over five years now and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. I first used them at my house, for scheduled sprays, which were very effective. Dan and Gerardo always do phenomenal work and spend extra time offering helpful hints, tricks and other solutions. In September, we had them come to our ranch house that was filled with bugs, scorpions and lots of mice. They found numerous places mice were getting into the house and sealed them all. It has been six months and we have not had any more problems. They also got rid of all the bugs and scorpions inside. Not only do they take care of the problem, but they also have excellent customer service. I have called them after hours with a concern and have always been met with friendly service and a solution to my problem. In addition to using them personally, I worked for a school where they sprayed. My classroom was always bug free! I cannot say enough good things about this company. If you are in Waco or the surrounding area, you will not be disappointed.

I had Acton Services come take care of mice that I had in my garage and attic. They came out and set some traps and told me they would be out the following Tuesday. The bait was gone from the traps the next day and they failed to show until Friday after I called them twice. When they finally showed up Friday they rebaited the traps and said they’d be out the next week. Of course they never showed the following week and came back two weeks later. This was the pattern for a few months. The last time they came out they promised to be back the following week for a final walkthrough to make sure we were mouse free. It’s been a month and they haven’t called or showed up. I still have traps in my garage and attic. With all of the pest control companies in Waco I’d stay far away from these guys. They are very unreliable and have no idea what they’re doing.
