7 Sisters Photography

I’m so glad we contacted McKenzie to take family pictures for us. She did an amazing job despite the fact that we are terrible in front of a camera. She was so easy to work with and captured the look we wanted for our pictures. I will definitely use 7 Sisters Photography again in the future!

We just had McKenzie shoot our son’s 1 year portraits and she was fabulous. She also happened to shoot his newborn pictures and we loved her work so much that we decided a year later, it would be great to have her shoot him again. She is really wonderful to work with and was great with our son. He was just learning to walk and she captured all of his toddling and funny faces so perfectly. She also did some wonderful family shots and we really couldn’t have been happier.
She was incredibly prompt with getting our edited photos to us and for what she charges she is a great photographer with very high quality work product. I highly highly recommend her and know you’ll be very pleased if you get the opportunity to work with her!

McKenzie photographed our first family photos with my 4 month old and she was a pleasure to work with! I searched high and low for someone who had the style I was looking for and when I found her and saw how much she charged I was really excited. Today was our session and we have already seen the preview photos and they are AMAZING. So happy to have found her and cannot wait to see the finished product. She was really great about changing our photo shoot day multiple times, was always prompt and best of all she is affordable!!!

We just did our daughter’s 1 year cake smash pictures with McKenzie! She was absolutely wonderful and we had a great time. She went above and beyond trying to get some smiles out of our serious baby (it’s nice not being the only one making funny faces and playing peek a boo). She did family pictures for us, and portraits with just the baby in numerous different settings.
The cake smash portion was a lot of fun and she gave her plenty of time to just get used to the cake and play around with it. We never once felt rushed. She has already been sending me sneak peeks from our session and they are absolutely beautiful pictures! Her price is easily half of what I’ve seen in the San Jose/​Sunnyvale area as well. I will definitely go back if I want more pictures done. I wish I could give her 6 stars! Thank you so much!

I searched for months looking for a newborn photographer to celebrate our first baby and I’m so glad I found McKenzie of 7 Sisters Photography!
Since both sets of grandparents were also in town, we wanted to get some family shots as well as newborn shots and McKenzie graciously created a package to fit our needs. And boy, were the results worth it!
We now have wonderful, priceless photos to commemorate the birth of our first born. McKenzie was super professional and patient and she made the whole process as painless as possible despite the fact that our newborn took a while to cooperate. :)
We will definitely be using 7 Sisters Photography for future photo shoots. We couldn’t be happier with her amazing work!

I am still getting compliments on my daughter’s newborn pictures– two months later!
McKenzie was completely WONDERFUL around my newborn and my new mom craziness and I cannot thank her enough. She was patient in my scheduling and rescheduling, changes in location, and was ALWAYS prompt and courteous via email.
I still cannot believe how kind and considerate McKenzie was. She knocked quietly on my door EXACTLY at 10:30 and had a plethora of headbands, props and backgrounds with her. She was patient during feedings and changes, required no food, drink, or entertainment, and handled my daughter with the utmost care during setup (she had a fractured clavicle and could not bend her right arm comfortably).
McKenzie chose to shoot by my large living room window to get the best natural light and the pictures turned out gorgeous! We even used one of my living room chairs as a prop! I could NOT pick ONE for my daughter’s announcement. All the photos I’ve seen on Pintrest that I’d hoped my daughter could take, she did. i love them so much that I put them up on a slide show whenever anyone comes over to visit the baby.
I am definitely going to use 7 sisters again for my daughter’s future baby pics as well as my next family portrait session.

We hired Mckenzie to photograph my family for my dad’s 80^th birthday. She showed up promptly and was very good about determining the location of our photo. She took several different group pictures and through the entire session was very upbeat and pleasant to work with. Very happy with the result.

Gotta start by saying, McKenzie is awesome!
I had been searching online for WEEKS wanting to have maternity /​family pictures taken, but after waiting and waiting for responses from several photographers who I’d sent emails to, I decided to keep searching… and so glad I did!
I sent an email through her website, and she responded the same day, giving me clear and concise answers to my questions.
Being 8.5 months pregnant by the time I found her, I literally could have gone into labor any day. She totally understood my «condition» lol, and her flexibility with scheduling us at our convenience was greatly appreciated!
She went above and beyond in every way possible… from choosing an outdoor location, to helping me with clothing choices, to providing props, and more…
