Super Supplements

I like this store. It has a large selection of vitamins and supplements. Knowledgeable staff is a big plus.

I typically don’t write negative reviews. However, this place deserves it. On three separate occasions over the course of a year, I’ve gone in here and needed help. The employees avoid looking in my direction and completely ignore me and help other shoppers (older/​out of shape ones, so I’m assuming they’re targeting that category of people).
Could I approach them? Sure, but that’s not MY job. I’m the patron. Patronize me! lol
Recommendations: Go to GNC down by the Safeway and BWW because the Vitamin Shoppe across the street from here isn’t much better. Good luck finding an employee there… I could have stolen everything and no one would have known.

The layout of this store boggled my mind. I was looking for water and protein drinks, only to find that the ones they had in their fridge were warm… all of them. Their prices seemed a bit high, and the staff here felt pushy.

I had read they had kombucha here and since we were in the area and I was craving some, why not?!?
So we stop in, walk around a little. A gentleman asked us if we needed any help and we asked him if they did in fact have any kombucha. He showed us the fridge, which had a small selection, but it was there and priced the same as other places I’ve seen. We left it in the fridge while we explored the rest of the store. There is large section for whey protein stuff, which I don’t know much about, but will since I just joined a gym. Lots of supplements and vitamins, a small pet section, which we found some cod liver oil for our pug and picked up a bottle. There was really a ton of things here and I’m pretty much the worst to say what it was or how it’s priced.
I was mostly happy with the customer service I was getting, though there were three people there, but the lady at the cashier was on the phone explaining something to someone and ringing us up, so she never actually said anything to us while we paid and we both bought something. The guy who talked to use earlier was helpful and wasn’t overbearing. There was also some guy handing out samples of some juice supplement or something. We checked the ingredients, but passed on sampling since there were things we didn’t eat on the label.
I’ll be back for other things in the future for sure!

I went here asking for ear candles and they told me I had to order them because they were out and NO ONE HAS THEM because there is such a high demand for them right now, when I said I was going to try a few other places first because this was the first place I stopped The girl kept trying to get me to do it and was pushy and when she realized I was not going to order threw them she told me «good luck finding them anywhere else» VERY RUDE to me! so my husband and I went across the street to vitamin shoppe the man showed me where they were and I purchased them there no problem. I will never step foot in super supplements again because of that rude lady. But I will gladly wave from the window across the street at the vitamin shoppe:)
