I have used this company for a few years for heating and cooling maintenance. The service people are professional and thorough. They explained my options with regard to a new furnace and central air unit. I decided to purchase both and their staff walked me through the rebate process. Would recommend this company to family and friends.

Called these guys when our regular heating contractor was out with knee surgery, based on his recommendation. Granted, I live a sheltered life and have never really had to call in back up on heating, so I assume all will work out fine.
Never assume.
They promised to call an hour before their service guy was to show up. I waited all day, and never got a phone call. Luckily I was home when he came in the evening. Lovely fellow, he checked out the system and determined that the reason we were having heating issues is that the thermostat was set too low and ice got in the pipes. He was here less than 5 minutes before the heat kicked on. Ok, sounds great! Thanks! Here’s your $ 90 for showing up.
Then, 12 hours later, no heat.
Called the company back, explained what we were told by the service guy. They said they would send someone else out. Same deal, call you before we come. No call came and no one showed. When we called back that evening, the owner answered and wasn’t too happy that we weren’t put on the docket. He came out and told us our system is so old (completely true) and violates code (again true) that he can’t touch it. Promised to get us a quote on a whole new system that weekend. Showed my husband how to «trick» the system into heating the house.
It is Monday morning. It is 21 degrees outside. There is no heat and there is no quote. You do the math.
